UK Food Intolerance

I have intolerance to lactose and suffer with ibs I done this test out of curiosity and the results were wrong, in the list of food they had me down as being intolerant to was a list of the foods I had that week I sent the sample, and milk butter cheese was all green!!! This is a not a good company to seek health guidance from I also contacted the company about my concerns they acknowledged my email and I’ve heard nothing back 2 month on I’m writing this review to stop people wasting their money

I never recieved my item. Despite getting emails asking me to review my product etc I still have not received anything at all. No replies to any emails, nothing.

Average assessment, not really sure how they get some of their "intolerance" data! Time scale was good though, about 4 days from receiving letters to getting results.

Wish I had done this sooner. Since cutting out foods that show high sensitivity I have so much energy and the stomach issues I used to live with day to day have completely gone. I didn't understand a few things that were shown but Becky in Customer Service couldn't of been more helpful to me! I will now be buying one for my partner. Thank you so much!

i ordered an ultimate test, and was able to see a lot more than i was expecting to in the results. their customer service team, esp becky, have slayed the entire process w me as i messed it up originally & needed help 🥹 i’ve already recommended them to my mum who also has a lot of sensitivity issues 🤍

Took advantage of complete test Black Friday offer with express service. Results came back very quickly via e-mail in form of a report. These were very thorough and mostly in line with previous tests albeit some differences this time. Thanks very much. Very suited.

Avoid this company, no customer service. The customer service used to be excellent. Becky could not do enough to help. I have sent several emails and now no one responds and I have not received any results

After already removing certain foods from my diet which I knew were making me ill, I thought I’d take the test to see what they could find, and they were pretty spot on. I was sceptical about taking the test but it’s definitely a good starting block when trying to find out what foods you can and can’t eat.

So happy I did this test. After initially feeling a little skeptical, I now wish I had of done this test a year ago. I was quite confused as to what I needed to do but after speaking to Becky in Customer Service, she helped me so much and explained things so thoroughly, it really made the experience even more straightforward. She could not have been more helpful. I have cut out all the items showing high sensitivity and I cannot tell you how good I feel. My husband is now going to purchase a test too.
