A deserved 5 stars for the meat, service and customer service. Not only is the meat of a exceptional standard so is the choice and availability. Obviously T&G are very passionate about delivering excellent and ethical goods but beyond that, turner and george are hugely skilled butchers and time after time deliver an affordable premium meat as exactly requested; at little to no notice. On time. No fuss. Absolutely brilliant. The point end is arguably the best brisket online.

Having bought from Turner & George multiple time I can recommend them fully for when you need quality meat for a special occasion.

Not a lot to say really . Every order i have placed with T&G has arrived perfectly and carefully packed and kept cool. All of their meat from sausages to steaks is flavourful and reasonably priced given the quality they are providing. special mention for the pork chops which are enormous!! a big plus is the use of DPD to deliver which means i dont have to hang around for hours waiting for the delivery as i they give a one hour window on the morning of the delivery

The meat is of the highest quality, the delivery is quick and the packaging is adequate. The problem is the customer service. I had a complaint about the streaky bacon that had so much rind on it it was inedible. After sending multiple emails someone eventually got back to me apologising for the delay in responding and said that next time I should of took a picture. No offer of a replacement or a refund. I replied to his email and that was about ten days ago and still no response. I’m happy to pay twice the price for my meat but if it’s not up to scratch I expect better service than this. I shop at farmisons now.
