***Update***
Following another email to T&G containing an ultimatum that they resolve the issue or I would contact my card provider, T&G finally responded with a refund for the missing item and an apology.
Problem solved - for now.
I am happy enough with their product that I have given them another chance with a second order to see if they can live up to their promise to do better.

I recently ordered multiple items from Turner and George, specified and paid for the delivery slot, all very smooth and easy.
Email and text confirmations, plus great communications sent out with delivery details and updates.
Day of delivery, and right on schedule, box of meat arrived, with the courier following the delivery instructions perfectly. So far so good.
Opened the box, to find still frozen ice packs, perfectly chilled and packaged meat. EXCEPT, only 2 items of the 3 i ordered were there. The packing note showed three had been packed, but all packaging was untampered with, and there didn't look to be room in the box for the additional cut.
Mistakes happen, I emailed a query asking how they intended to fix the problem. The answer is apparently to ignore the email. And the follow up email. Nor do they answer their phone.
This is very frustrating as the meat (1 so far) was excellent quality and perfect for my requirements. I've tried other butchers, online and high street and have not yet found better.
So please T&G, answer your compaints and put things right.
