Marinella's customer service was excellent. I have been unhappy with the original caps I'd received, and requested the updated, newer version of the cap and I'd paid the difference. Marinella got this adjustment for me. I'm hopeful that the newer cap, once received, will work well.

I was going to purchase 3 bottles of shampoo and was interested in trying the conditioner (only 1 bottle). There was no special pricing to add it to the order and I asked if there was anything they could co. Marinella & Mhyca worked with me and put together a package that was quite fair and made the ordering process easy. They did a great job for me.

Customer Service took care of me––once I finally connected with them. The aggravation to get there (no link on shipment notification; I had to dig, to hunt...to find how to connect to them) Way to much time invested in something that could have been handled with a single mouse click. To be clear: Customer service gets 4 stars. The rest of the experience gets no stars.

Both times I have engaged with customer service with this company have been excellent. Recently, they resolved a damage issue very quickly and to my satisfaction. Joan and Mhyca were very attentive and professional. Good shampoo too, 2nd order!

My order wasn’t being shipped due to there being a breakdown in communication in regards to my shipping address, even though I had put the correct shipping address when I paid for the item. Anyway I got transferred to customer support and it was a quick and easy process. Cecille and Marinella were easy to work with and solved the issue quickly.

It's a marketing scam. It doesn't work as an elixir for new hair. It's just a shampoo with a pleasant scent... Unfortunately, most people are simply idiots. Their attention in creating a positive opinion of this product focused on the person who explained how to use it, for how long, how nice it smells, and the speed of delivery from the moment of purchase. The rest of the reviews are probably bots. There are very, very few reviews that focus on what this product was created and advertised for—hair growth, including new hair. This doesn't exist in real life and never will. You can't trick your genes and defeat medicine with shampoo—because even Salomon won't pour from empty. Only naive and foolish people believe in magic. My neighbor also experienced this product firsthand. She only lost money and faith in the positive reception of online advertising. Especially in the age of AI, where fakes and deception can easily be made real. Greetings to thinking people.
