Ordered back in early December, sadly my product didn't turn up which was out of their control. I contacted customer services and they courteously worked with me to find a resolution which worked for all parties. Highly recommend and will be trying again in future!

Good customer service and nice people but let down by the shipping. Two orders never made it through. Won't offer alternative courier nor insurance for shipping which is a disappointment as it seems this is a frequent occurrence, beware.

Despite the odd shipping issues which aren’t related to the company, the customer service alone I received from truff mag deserves 5 stars. They’ve always gone above and beyond for me 👍🏼

I have placed my second order now with this company. I have found the products to be reliable, the information on the website helpful, and the customer service to be superb. I used bitcoin for my purchases, and given my inexperience I'm happy with how that process worked and found it smooth. If you found this company, you already knew what you were looking for, and you should look no further. I'm happy I gave it a try.

The order never arrived. Communication was good however so I have given 2 stars. They sent me a voucher code worth 7.5euro to use against another order but I’m not sure whether I’d risk ordering from them again. Cant really afford to be sending cash through the post and getting nothing in return. I’d pay for tracked post but surely that only works in the Netherlands, once outside the country I doubt its traceable anyway. That’s certainly the case in the uk with Royal Mail. But never mind. Time to start growing our own I guess.

Hello everyone, I had a very pleasant experience with them. First of all, yes, it is legit company. I did my own research before I bought mushroom grow kits from their website and found that the company indeed exist :) Package came fast, in 4 days, and I paid extra for tracking number. Growing kits looks healthy and ready to grow :) Communication with the company is excellent, they did answer fast and honestly, I felt taking care of all the way to receiving the goods! They even asked to text them after I will receive my package, so nice of them! I would give them 11 out of 10 if I could. I definitely recommend :) All the best! Mariusz

This place is great. They helped me with all the questions I had and then even helped me with the ordering process. Product arrived in the US is about 3 weeks and it was great quality. Then I had more follow up questions which they promptly and thoroughly answered. Thank you, Benno!

I'd say 5 star but the communication was not there. I never got any confirmation emails or anything. Had to keep checking the site. However it got to me in the US within 3 weeks. The truffles are great quality and tastes ok. Definitely nausea giving so take with food. Best trip ever! I got the strongest one hollandaisa or something like that. Will order again

I was a little skeptical when placing an order, but any worries or concerns quickly put to rest. Excellent communication and customer service every step of the way, happy and fast to answer any questions or concerns i had. I had a slight issue with my tracking, but recieved a refund for the tracking as soon as the issue came up, And was provided with an update as to when my order was shipped. I recieved my order around a week after this, and could not be happier. due to the content that is being shipped, naturally there is a longer wait to recieve it, and also risks for this being shipped, so i was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived so quickly. I will definitely be buying here again and reccomending them to anyone who is looking to buy from a trustworthy place.
