Good customer service, sorted out my query quickly. I have bought three times now. Third order did not show up but was replaced without quibble or fuss. Downloaded some music from Spotify to go with the experience, which was amazing

By human error(copy paste) I've send 4,785.00 euro instead of 47.85. Guess what happened next? I've contacted the TruffleMagic and they bounced the money back to my account(minus a payment, of course). I've got the order next 3 days. I would say this way: it was my second and not last order :) Keep it up TrulleMagic, big thanks!

Despite my reservations of doing *anything* online I have been not only surprised, but have found this group to have members that have real “heart”, intelligence, professionalism and courtesy to the degree that they’re willing to chat with you and share personal information in such a friendly way that you feel you’re in a tightly-knit community that it feels like a family. Sounds way over the top, right? Well, give it a try and see for yourself. I’ve seen the dark side.. it’s nice to step into the light.

I live in Berlin and the delivery was very fast with the first order. The second order was lost but they send me again the Truffles with Tracking ID and everything worked perfectly! Customer Support is very helpful, they always respond and help as much as they can. I will order again!

I think the lights are on but no one is home, ordered, payed, still shown as processing after a week, no responses to support ticket. I would expect a week is enough time to prepare an order. it's got the feeling of a place you send your money and will not receive anything... Beware.. will keep this updated.

It's been 22 days since my order supposedly shipped. No product yet. Starting to believe this was a scam. I've received cheap products from China using their cheapest shipping methods faster. ☹️ Update 4/1: Order arrived today. Shipping took a long time but ultimately was within the 35 day period Trufflemagic describes on their website. Now that I know what to expect in regard to shipping times, I will order again if the product is quality. Thanks!

writing another review so after i received a package on Saturday morning (which i now realize was my 5 week old, first order i put through it just arrived later than expected, it wasn't customs atall!!) Gigi and jelle had already sent me a tracked package on the Tuesday which i received yesterday on Monday which amazingly took just 6 days to arrive!! 6 DAYS GUYS!!! gigi and jelle handled customer service with me superbly! i recieved both packages (the original one i paid for and the second which Gigi and jelle sent me out of the goodness of their own heart thinking the first wasnt coming as it took more than 5 weeks!) anyway i had the first batch on saturday 15gram hollandia, i hadnt planned to have them but when i noticed they had come after work i couldnt resist, i had eaten plentiful all day and had allsorts to drink, cocacola, redbulls etc plenty of caffeine lol i chewed the product at roughly 8pm by 10 oclock i just had a really tired stoned feeling, brighter colours louder sounds i had been smoking cannabis the same time though so it basically just boosted the weed high, however i think this was down to my own fault of my diet during the day and probably the fact it had been 5 weeks till it arrived it had considerably lost some potency, i still had some slight effect off the product though so it wasnt to bad.i had messaged Gigi thanking him i recieved the product and that i didnt recieve much effect probably due to my diet on the day, so i asked for tips for my next time i put an order through, Gigi mentioned putting them in a warm cup of water cut up finely left for roughly 15 - 20 mins. anyway i received another package of the postman yesterday morning (Monday) another 15g of hollandia, to my excitement i couldn't resist and decided to starve myself all day until the evening when i then made the brew of the full 15g, i did as Gigi suggested (the brew making method) WOW!! easily half an hour later the runny nose, sweaty palms, slow pulses of euphoria surging to the tips of my body from the core, IT WAS WORKING!! haha i listened to some good music on the come up, til i started yawning my head off and started to see ripples and feeling highly sedated! the visuals, feelings, sounds and colors were all amazing, i felt the best i had in weeks and today ive felt so positive about life its untrue, i ended up watching a film throughout the peak of the product (film name : Game over man) all im saying is what the heck, try it yourself watch that film and make sense of what you can haha! definitely going to be ordering again but next time im going to do 30g of hollandia haha! these guys are the real deal, they give you top notch information and they care about customers more so than any business ive dealt with in the past. i could go on n on about the experiences i had last night but you all know the score if you've tried it before haha ive only ever had LSD in the past so this was the first experience with psilocybin and my last acid trip was easily 6 years ago so after the 15g of hollandia on an empty stomach in the brew method chewing the pieces up as i was drinking it i reached a level 3 trip... Trip level 3: Stronger visuals, mild hallucinations Strong visuals, kaleidoscopic effects, and waving, warping objects and faces around you. Mild hallucinations like flowing water and trees. Closed eye hallucinations are more obvious and attractive (probably 3D). Some disorientation as what you can feel, see or hear. Lost control over what time it is and how long you’ve been tripping. Brilliant! Thumbs up to truffle magic and the people running it! you guys have my vote! haha PEACE x

Initially placed an order mid to end January. The order never arrived. I did receive a prompt reply to my email and was advised they would reship. This order was never received either. After a delay in responding to me, I was advised the order would be attempted to be shipped a third and final time...but with an offer of using a free discount code if I ordered again before the end of March. Alas, the third order has not arrived either. I have used other companies before and they have arrived safely and timely. I would not recommend for UK, the orders simply are not fulfilled from my experience.

Received hollandia and utopia truffles. Quality, freshness and packing of the truffles is excellent. Customer service has been excellent also. This is the 2nd time iv used truffle magic and i will be using again. I Took 15g of hollandia and the experience was sureal. Very spiritual for me taking me deep within myself, completely overwhelming. Thankyou again.

Excellent product. However, customer service was hit and miss - but was pleasant and polite when they answered. Very frustrating delay with product delivery but was generously compensated. Thank you again to the Trufflemagic team. Tip to other buyers: Use bank or wire transfer rather than sending cash like i did.

I live in the UK and never had a problem with an order arriving and theres always great communication if have have any questions regarding your order or product there truffles are very good and I've just placed an order for my first grow kit and looking forward to it.

I'm not a shroom or truffle user. Last time I had any was probably 20 years ago so I was excited to try out my order when I received it. My first time I split a serving with my girlfriend (Hollandia). We both ate them and didn't really feel anything. I tried andother half a couple days later, still nothing. I reached out to Peter and he suggested making a tea and sent me a new order free of charge. I was surprised, I'm not used to good customer service especially with something like this. When I received the new stuff I tried half a package as a tea. It was great, not that strong but fun and happy. Later my buddy came over and we ended up using the rest in a tea. That's 2 1/2 packs plus we ate the truffles after we drank the tea. Wow is all I can say, what a trip. I had a blast and will definitely order more.

Overall, for the service provided, I’ve experienced little complication. The only significant problem I faced was made up for with a generous discount. My advice would be to help the staff out by being friendly & cooperative with the processing of your orders (I found they appreciate you providing the payment information once it goes through, helps them match payments to the orders)

The title is the lengths these guys went to help. They radiate knowledge and professionalism. The recent ebook they published shows the lengths they go to to inform, educate and ensure that people who use them have all the information they could need. Great communication too, I felt very confident with them, and would definitely use again. 5*

Ordered on the 7th March and they've arrived today (16th March). I can say I am extremely pleased overall, haven't tried my truffles but will post an update when I do. I know there are some negative reviews here regarding orders not turning up, but for what we are buying this is understandable. I do agree that more effort needs to be made to respond to customer's tickets however, I sent 3 messages and never received a response. Overall however like I said I am very pleased and will be ordering again.

Scam. I paid and got nothing. As for the TruffleMagic reply below: disregard it for the insincere and dishonest statement that it is. I have already exchanged many emails with TruffleMagic. They string you along, promising that your order will eventually come. But it never does. Then, when you request a refund, the replies stop. On the basis of my experience: TruffleMagic is a SCAM!

my first order we believed to have got lost in the post, within about a day of letting them know they sent me another and it arrived faster than anticipated (definitely within 2 days!) suchhhhhh a magical and wonderful experience. both with the truffles and with the helpful staff. absolutely will recommend them to everyone i know 💖 keep doing what you’re doing, it’s soooooooo lovely and the products are absolutely HIGH quality (badum tsss)

Was great and fast. Had some problems with my delivery but the fixed it and send me more than I asked for in compensation!

Here is my story: I made an order on 26th of February, but after almost 3 weeks it still has not arrived. This week I decided to make a 2nd order persuming 1st one got lost/dellayed (I know: fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me...). I demanded a tracked packege and even got a guarantee that the 2nd order was on the way and was provided a tracking number, which was FAKE(it was not even for my country)! Long story short: stupid me made 2 orders, of which I doubt either will ever arrive. UPDATE: Today on 18th of March I got my package from 2nd order (Mr. Peter also provided me with a CORRECT tracking number a few days back). The package form 1st order has still not arrived, but now I have no more doubts that I will be able to resolve it with someone form their team. Please, dont be impatient like me and save yourself and TruffleMagic team a headache or two. I will post a 2nd update when I resolve my 1st order and I have no doubts that by then this will grow in to a 5 star experience!
