A company can only be properly judged when things don't entirely go to plan. There have been some issues with my order but the team have been communicative and honest in their dealings to try to resolve the matter. Although my experience has been a little frustrating, I can't fault the manner in which they have conducted their customer service. Good, honest people! Many thanks

These guys are super reliable I must say. I have ordered twice from truffle magic, got my first order within 2 weeks and had a great experience from just half a packet of pajaritos truffles. Unfortunately on my second time ordering my package didn't arrive after 4 weeks I notified truffle magic using the ticket system and they were nice enough to offer to resend them or refund them, I chose the refund and was notified within a day that i was on their refund list. Big thanks to the trufflemagic team literally no problems with this service just a shame my parcel didn't make it through the postal system. If you’re experiencing something similar just be patient and use the ticket system for advice they always reply within a day from my experience.

This used to be a great company with competent people filling the orders. However it seems that has changed. Three orders in a row were sent with incorrect or faulty packaging. And my requests with the employees via messaging in an effort to remedy the problems were ignored. I ended up spending a lot of money on truffles that I could not use because they had gone bad due to the packaging.

Well, I recvied my tracked order and I was honestly not expecting them to do much considering my last experience with the old owners. I am happy to report that I was wrong and the truffles worked almost perfectly. I felt like I was viewing myself and my habbits as another me, and it was awesome and scary, but so enjoyable. If you are interested in take a journey to yourself, and seeing yourself from a new perspective I would highly recommend these. TM have exceeded my expectations with this very magical experience. So this is a well deserved 5*. The customer service has improved so much as well since the new ownership, bar a few misunderstandings. Buy from these and they will make you a bery happy customer.

Great again as always! I order from theese guys regularly and I have only had 1 issue, one of my packages didn't arrive but they where very happy to 're send a replacement and to my delight they had included a very nice surprise gift for me inside! Thanks again guys you are amazing! 🤗

I made two orders with this company. Both times the orders got stopped by customs at first shipping but arrived in like 3 days on the second try. Their service is amazing. I can confirm you get what you pay for. Be aware that different kinds affect you differently. Holandia had almost no effect on me with 15g but I was blown away on the other day by 30g of Utopia. It's very subtle and different, but definitely worth trying out. If one doesn't work on you, try the other types. They ARE different. The website is doing their best to respond to your issues (you can report any by opening a ticket). Expect up to 2 weeks to get your order from the moment you paid (UK).

Never got my order but after a few problems they finally told me they’d give me a refund (aparrently im on a refund list) why do they need a whole list???? Just save hassle and find someone else because their customer service needs work but I do appreciate not being scammed after all and I should make clear they’re obviously a small business being rushed off there feet and not scammers.

I have ordered from here around 8 or 9 times. They are real people providing a great product. The customer service is fast and from someone invested in what they do. The product itself is of the highest quality. And the fact that they have a large selection is a plus. If you have questions message them and they will guide you through your purchase.
