I was very hopeful about TruffleMagic upon reading amazing reviews but I didn't receive the first shipment after 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on the second attempt at delivery another 2 weeks later. I had no notification of seizure at the border so I really have no idea why haven't got my parcels yet. Hopefully, I will get what I paid for, willing to resubmit my review if that happens... EDIT: 15 working days later and I haven't got anything yet, such a shame. EDIT 2: they’ve since told me they had actually sent the parcel almost a week later than they said they had previously due to a heat wave, and for some reason didn’t think to tell me this until I requested a refund. EDIT 3: It's been ANOTHER 15 working days since the updated shipping date they quoted me, still nothing. I tried to contact them using the ticketing system I have been using this whole time to find the page "doesn't exist"! EDIT 4: I’ve since been refunded for my purchase (minus shipping fees of course) to my PayPal. That was easy enough to do and was processed fairly quickly. I’m happy to have most of my money back but very disappointed with the experience as a whole, even if it wasn’t in their control. No online vendor should claim “guaranteed delivery” then tell customers the delivery is not in their control.

I have had 100% delivered , and im sure my intention for their use will ensure the same success in the future. My only observation as a user is the web pages have a few php script errors, they are annoying but do not affect the web shop service in any way. the site is also delivered via https:// both secure and encrypted web traffic

When I placed my order with trufflemagic and didn’t receive anything I was sure that I had been played. But I went to their website and opened a ticket, to which they immediately responded. They had shipped my order but it was lost and they shipped another order at no extra cost to me. Two weeks later I had my truffles! I haven’t tried them yet, but I can tell by the color and texture that they are fresh. Trufflemagic gets 5 stars from me for quick communication and reliable delivery of high quality product! Hey guys, am doing a temp review for now. My order never arrived and I havnt heard back from my support ticket...several festivals were missed and now the Persiod meteor shows is coming (11/12/13 guys and gals) and anxious about the time/dates! These things happen, I know, but I've not had any communication... You seem to be v.responsive here and have a great reputation, I'm a first time buyer so am happy to amended this review up (or down :P ) when we get tings sorted?

The prices are reasonable, but I waited about two weeks to get a pack of awful tasting dried truffles that I had to force down. But no matter how much I ate, on an empty stomach or not, the only effect I got was a bit of a floaty feeling in my body over an hour later that only lasted for a few minutes. My best guess is that they were so old they lost all their potency. Pretty disappointed. I'd never done psychedelics before, and I feel like I still haven't. Unless you've got money to burn, it's not worth the risk.

Dropped 15g of Utopia about 3 hours ago and nothing but a light buzz. Anyone else have a similar experience?

July 2019: This website has declined massively since first ordering from them in January. Their customer service was very good and could not fault the products and service. However, after placing my third and most recent order, I still have not received it after 25 days since making the payment. It’s understandable that once the package has left the warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping company however for a website that states “Guaranteed Delivery”, I was refused a reshipment of the order but instead was offered a 50% coupon. It’s very rare I leave a review but having spent over £90 (including bank charges) and over £200 in total, I would expect better customer service. Update (September 2019): A reshipment of the order has been made and I am awaiting the delivery. Hopefully the package won’t be seized this time. Most importantly, the customer service is back to the standard I experienced when first ordering from TruffleMagic.

Been told after 4 weeks of waiting that because my address wasn’t in capitals this somehow effects delivery because it looks “suspicious” don’t understand how but yeah that’s what they said they offered me 50 percent of my next order to which I said i think they should send me a fully free new item as they did not mention once about the address having to be in capitals I am very sceptical this is a legit company looking from the review they are all from people who have only made 1 review pretty much .I will wait for the reply and post again there answer hopefully they are not a scam and trying to steal money as they have been very prompt to answer which would be a bit weird if they had a scam. Hopefully so they will offer me a full refund or a free item

The site is legit and the service was great They shipped my order on Wednesday and I recieved it in the UK on Sunday.

In my opinion 0 stars. I was cautious for weeks whether to order, finally did and wished I hadn't. Cost me £10 to transfer funds to their account (this will depend on your bank) after 4 weeks nothing had arrived contacted them to be told wait another week. 6 weeks on still nothing, I was offered refund or new shipment. Why anyone would wait another 5 weeks for nothing to show i don't know. Delivery cost 9.95Euro yet this is not tracked. They claim guaranteed delivery and Fast delivery on the heading of their website, this is just not true, please if you are questioning whether to order i'd advise against unless you are willing to wait weeks for nothing to show then end up being out of pocket even after refund. Oh and even though you can not pay them via Paypal they do try to refund you this way, are they trying to avoid the transfer fee to refund directly to your bank account? I have requested a refund direct to my bank so will update if this actually gets refunded or not. So disappointing. EDIT PETER RESPONSE: I have never ordered from you before so why are you saying i received it in two days?? If you are referring to my email i sent you to tell you about another company in Germany getting my order to me in two days please re read this! I can post all my messages back and fourth from you to show people. I only got offered a refund two days ago when i approached you on the return of my holiday to say its been 6 weeks and still nothing has come. At that point you offered refund or reshipping!! I have only just given you my bank details. I suggest as a family business you focus more on your delivery service. I can 100% prove this is true. Bad way to do business! ANOTHER EDIT!!!! Yes I agree the date I was offered a refund however it states if it had not arrived by the following week to contact you! that would have been 5 weeks from dispatch. I was away on holiday week 5 hence when i returned asked for the refund, week 6, I could not access your site whilst away! So the earliest I could have had my refund was week 5 that is very clear Peter. You state GUARANTEED DELIVERY that is what i expect, guaranteed delivery, this is far from satisfaction guarantees Peter, if someone guarantees delivery that should mean 100% of items are delivered. Satisfaction guarantee is more an opinion, which would obviously differ with each person. What second order do you keep referring too? I HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM YOU BEFORE THIS ORDER, THERE IS ONLY ONE ORDER WHICH YOU HAVE NOT DELIVERED TO ME SUCCESSFULLY. Great service, great people behind it, I got my order after some time but at the end I am very happy how I was treated as a customer. That was my first order here and after I get back from weekend holidays in Wales (try it people, camper, fields and wild sky) I go for grow kit, this time I've bought buy2get3 offer from their sort. Totally excited for this weekend :)

It is a legit company and you will get their product, eventually. If something happens to the package, their support is great.
