I ordered just 15 grams of Tampanensis on a Friday, and on the next Monday the team told me it shipped and should arrive in 15 business days, so I was thinking 3 weeks. It showed up in my mailbox 5 business days later (I live in the U.S.), the next monday. They look wonderful, I'm really happy with this company. I read many reviews saying they recommend taking all 15 grams, so I'm going to eat all 15 grams once I have my set and setting all figured out :). This will be my first trip and as long as it goes well, I plan on doing more business in the future. I also recommended trufflemagic to a couple friends, who are already working on getting their own truffles! This was a great experience for me as far as ordering online, thanks!

Thank You Truffle Magic!! I'm in the US, So I was a little sceptical at first. But, after reading all the positive reviews, I had to try ordering from Truffle Magic. Placed my order on Sep 3rd and received it on Sep 14th. That's amazing! Thank You Peter. I've recently been using Psilocybe Cubensis for PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. Couldn't believe it actually worked? It was like I hit a reset button in me brain. I had to play around with the dosage and see what worked best for me. Honestly, I had a little to much fun along the way, stepped up to a 7 gram dose of Golden Teachers and realized it was a bit too much. My set and setting wasn't quite inline with that dose. Rough ride, but still very educational to say the least. I've been trying to grow these little buggers and it's a little difficult, between working a a high demanding job and raising a family, let's just say there's a learning curve. I'm constantly buying, building and accumulating more crap. I just want my medicine.... Anyways, this is why I reached out to Truffle Magic. After doing my research and reading their reviews, I knew this was the place. The only difficulty I had was obtaining Bitcoin. I'm not exactly Tech savvy, I'm Old School. I can survive in the wild, but trying to wrap my mind around cryptocurrencies, SERIOUSLY? Kind of weird? I felt I was in survival mode and I needed my medicine, the stressors and demands of this world has been kicking my Butt lately. I finally created a wallet and obtained my Bitcoins, ordered my truffles, which was extremely easy, Took less then 2 minutes. Super easy.. Now I'm looking at these beautiful Truffles, full of wonder, excitement and anticipation. I'm sure there will be a learning curve on these, like everything else. I do remember downloading Peters free Magic Truffle Guide. Haven't read it yet, probably should. This will be my first trip on truffles. I'm a pretty stout guy, probably need to calculate my dose. Great Company - sent cash for my order and the order was shipped the same day they received my money. Received my order in the U.S. Eight days after they shipped it with no problems passing through customs. Did 15 grams of the Hollandia truffles. After the initial head rush did not experience much in the way of visuals and did not have the kind of trip I expected based on the description of the product. I fasted overnight prior to eating them. I understand that potency can be variable because this is a natural product. Will try the Utopia truffles in a few weeks and see what happens. Do not hesitate to do business with this company. Totally legit and customer service orientated.

Excellent service. I ordered to the USA and my first order was stopped at the border, we made a few changes to make my address to look more professional and they were happy to resend the order, in which made it through perfectly. Just put in a new order and i hope to have the same experience.

These guys really do care. I've ordered on five separate occasions over the last 18 months and on the one occasion the product did not arrive, they were happy to retry. The second attempt arrived without issue. I live in the UK so there's always the chance things will get lost in the mail. The support ticket messages (yes these guys are professional!!) have always been above and beyond friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

I ordered twice through these guys. On both occasions there were delivery problems, which were no fault of the company's. The team was quick to respond to my emails, and happy to try again, and eventually all ended well. I strongly recommend this company :-)

Quality products and great customer support!!!

we've placed more than 8 orders this year and I have been more than satisfied with all 8 of them and that is although the last order was probably held at customs. The guys were willing to help me sort this out and in the end I got my order.

Placed an order, shipping was initially delayed and now 7 weeks later++ I'm convinced no one has shipped anything. I waited patiently but support has ignored my last few messages. As soon as I hear from them I will update this review. EDIT #1: "Sorry you are not satisfied. We tried everything to get the truffles to you. We actually shipped twice, why are you convinced we didn't? We never ignore messages but can be overwhelmed at times, in this case we offered you a refund 3 weeks ago, got your answer 3 days ago and it was replied to today including a processed refund. Please take this review down, it gives a wrong impression and is damaging, Best regards, Peter" **Never was I told that they were shipped a second time. I was not offered a refund nor was I offered any kind of reshipment. You may have me confused with another customer, I will gladly update this post as communication continues. EDIT #2: I have been contacted and a second shipment was offered. I am awaiting arrival and will of course update as this journey continues. It has now been 9 weeks. EDIT #3: They have reached out via trustpilot and claim to have reshipped however this was two weeks ago and still nothing has been received. It has now been about 11 weeks! They keep telling me there is no way to track it and to be patient and I have done so but 11 weeks... this is ridiculous. EDIT #4: I have been offer a refund, will update as soon as it is received. EDIT #5: I have received a refund minus shipping. Quality support team but still very upset with insanely long wait time to no avail. Star rating will be changed to 5/5 as I know a low rating can hurt a company but since nothing arrived I will leave my verbal rating here as a 3/5. Didn't work for me but considering the other responses here and the refund I can't assume this is a scam site. TL;DR Nothing came, received refund, 3/5 experience.

The team at truffle magic are trustworthy and very helpful if there are any problems. I've used them a couple of times and know of a couple of other people who use them with no problems. Also there products are of good quality and arrive in good time.

Everything fine - fast and reliable delivery

I have ordered from these guys about ten or eleven times now and each order has arrived without issues. This websites genuinely seems to be the most reliable place to get your psilocybin. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that on several occasions the growkits I purchased produced a lower yield than what is advertised. This is not a major issue, but it has been consistent. The use of a heat mat does help, but I do believe that the suggested yields on the website are exaggerated. Other than that, these guys are the best choice on the net!

First order to US never arrived. TruffleMagic was responsive and reshipped. Good communication throughout the order process.

Unfortunately my order was opened by customs, and what came in the mail were decomposing truffles in a simple bag (no vacuum, not even airtight). Shipping took 13 days. (B+) Im not sure how small this company is, but I like that they are at least trying to distribute psilocybin. I can also vouch that they are not a scam site, unlike many others. I just got unlucky with my order, and customs fricked my whole research. All the best to you guys

Fantastic customer service! Emailed me when they recieved my payment. I live in the U.S. so it does take a bit longer for shipments to arrive, say, compared to the U.K., but after awhile I sent them an email and they immediately sent me out a new order, no questions asked, first thing on the next business day, I'm so grateful for this. I am using the product to treat depression so I'm glad I found such a reputable company to work with. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to enrich their lives.
