They tried their best but: I ordered mushrooms from them and presumed they were intercepted by UK customs, so trufflemagic kindly resent them for free. They still didn't arrive, but two weeks later I get the police knocking on my door wanting to speak to me, though I'm 'not in any trouble!' luckily they only faced my mum, who told them I was out, but I've had four missed calls and an email from them since, and a promise they'll return... the company are very good but I have lost $50 (euros) and am a little afraid of the police returning! bloody UK

Honestly...i had lot prejudices before i made my order! I thougt it will be risky to send my Money and trust the offer! But in the end...i get my supply!!! Three packs of the truffels!!! Even if the first consignment was catched by the customs...the family of truffelmagic.com stayed always with me in contact and had send me a new consignment ”for free"! The guys of truffelmagic.com is a very kind Crew and by the way...Even the supply is nice!

I ordered three bags of Psilocybe Hollandia, allegedly the strongest variety. Delivery was prompt — I had the parcel delivered to my home in Scandinavia exactly one week after I made the bank transfer. I shared the truffles with a friend (1,5 bag each). We had a nice but relatively mild experience. The onset was much slower compared to dried mushrooms, so at first I thought I’d been cheated. Allow for some more time than usual. The next time I’ll eat more. The taste is how I imagine fermented nuts might taste. Not unpleasant, just unusual.

Amazing company, great quality products and knowledge. They're very open with communications and my order arrived in Canada after only 12 days.......Sadly after following directions these truffles are a waste of money and time, they grew but I had to eat 41 grams fresh from the kit and only very very slight visuals and that's it.

I had just recently purchased a *buy 2 get 1 free* truffle deal from this company. The service was very smooth and on point, Products arrived discreetly and safely. the products themselves were very enjoyable. however that being said i had gotten the following truffles with the deal, Atlantis, utopia and the hollandia truffles. The Atlantis was quite an enjoyable experience, however i didn't seem to gain any effects from the utopia and the hollandia truffles, though that could just be chalked up to an unfortunate batch perhaps. With all that being said i would recommend this store and will hopefully be doing more business with them in the future.

Excellent customer service and product

What can I say that hasn't already been said lol. This is an excellent family business who take great pride in what they do. From my personal experience this is no quick fix, all together the whole process took about a month due to my first order not being delivered but they do one resend which turned up a couple of days afterwards and the product is exactly the same as if you brought it in Amsterdam, me and my friends had an amazing trippy night that couldn't have gone any better. My second delivery of grow kits turned up a couple of weeks of the order date so I can't grumble at all about that order, I can't yet give a review on these ones yet as I'm leaving them grow for a couple of extra months to get the yield and maximum potency, I'm thinking around Christmas time should do the trick lol. The customer service from Magic Truffle is flawless, I can't fault these guys one bit, and I will be making more orders without a doubt 10 out of 10 👌

Very kind people, after the first order losted they have reshiped the second one within one week. I have tried mexican truffels 15 gr. package wich it was a good experience to me, higly recommended.
