Very tasty but not nesscarilly craveibly consumable!. I did not enjoy thee ginseng in these magic shrooms.

Absolutely brilliant, the first order didn't make it to me so I contacted customer support and they reshipped again, this order was with me within a matter of days. It needs to be remembered that because of the type of product being ordered the package can sometimes be intercepted. The product itself was exactly as described and had the desired effect, even though the initial effects have worn off, I seem to see life in a slightly different way. Excellent service. Keep it up!

Excellent customer support! Due to the nature of the product and it coming from half way around the world, I had my doubts if my shipment would ever come. The first one never did, possibly because I didn't add enough information to my address. Their staff was very responsive with helping me. They sent a new shipment for free and it arrived safetly! I would order from these guys again and I fully support their mission!

ordered 3x truffles didnt arrive over 3 weeks spoke to them and they refunded me within the next few days so no problems and good service but unfortunaly nothing tunred up :(

Seriously, these guys are well equipped to help any new grower. They have excellent and clear information regarding their products, grow kits, and troubleshooting steps. Their customer support is helpful and quick to respond.

So glad I found this family run business. First order went missing, they reshipped as soon as they received my message and then I received my order 2 weeks after that. It seems like they really care about their customers, a pretty rare thing to see these days. Dank Je TruffleMagic.

5 star customer service! Unfortunately after 2 failed attempts of them coming they are in the process give me a refund minus shipping which is understandable! I will definatley be trying again with this company, next time at a different adress.

My first order didn't fully arrive, one of the items was removed during shipping, not the companies fault. But after submitting a support ticket, they responded fairly quickly and sent a replacement free of charge which arrived with everything. Haven't finished using the kit yet but everything seems good quality and as described. The websites instructions come in handy as well. My only critique that I think they could do themselves is making it a bit more clear to US customers that you're taking a little bit of a gamble with the shipping. Pros -Good price for the yield you get -Kits come with everything you need and have full, easy to follow, instructions -Customer support is timely and helpful Cons -Depending on where you live, some items could be confiscated during shipping

Really nice and helpful people running this business, who have a genuine concern for their customers. Any queries I had were answered promptly using their ticket system. TIP: If raising a ticket, I found it's better to view the website in 'desktop mode' if you're on mobile. I will be using TruffleMagic again.

My first order arrived promptly and was great. I made another order on the 20th of November and the order hasn't been delivered. I've tried to open a ticket but am unable to submit it. There appears to be 2 tickets open but I don't know how to close them. I'm hoping a member of the TruffleMagic team sees this and gets back to me. I was so looking forward to my order.

I could not have hoped for better all-round customer service than that which the people at Truffle Magic provided. They helped me with my struggle with cryptocurrency. They also made three attempts to get my order to me, after it went missing twice (one was definitely stopped by customs, as I received a letter from them saying so). Thankfully, the third try was lucky. I will certainly be ordering from there again. They are an absolutely wonderful set of humans, in my opinion.

Finding it hard to pay by card in the uk unless I’m being stupid 🤣 can’t seem to find any way of contacting you guys. Looking forward to tripping though and using you guys regularly

Best customer service I've had, anywhere, in a very, very long time. Absolutely great people, reshipped my order when it didnt arrive and were very transparent with everything that was going on. Regarding the quality of the products - excellent. 100% will use their services again.

I ordered three grow kits and they all came ahead of schedule. I had a question about The kits when they arrived fully covered in mycelium 🥰. They responded to my questions within two days and are there for continued support to help you get the best out of your grow. I highly recommend them since the customer service is the most important part of any business! Great job truffle magic!

So far Ive had good experience with truffle magic and their team; they seem like the real deal. However, one of their deliveries hasn't come through for three weeks (obviously understandable) and Ive been unable to make a ticket with their system to address this. I'm hoping a member of their team will see this tbh! EDIT1: Team were very helpful and they resent truffles which I understand costs them despite it not being their fault the first batch didnt get through! The whole process was a bit slow but I got the truffles today. They look good but I'll give a review on the experience soon :) EDIT 2: Despite being the strongest truffles on the website they were nowhere near as strong as I'd hoped/had before but I suppose that's always the danger with psilocyben. Perhaps they deteriorated in the post.

Highest quality products. Extremely helpful after sale service. You have the feeling like your their most important customer and that was very impressive. I will definitely be a regular customer. Thanks for a 5 star service.

Let me preface this review by saying I did not receive my order.. However, the police did receive my order and paid a visit to my house (much like one of the reviewers below me, I wasn't home as I don't live in the UK but my poor mum was and she had to deal with them.). So for Heidi in the review below.. please don't ignore your local police when they're trying to contact you. The officers came back today to talk to me - via WhatsApp call - however all that happened is they passed a letter on to my mum to say they would not be following up but if any other packages are intercepted then I would be in trouble. Now the company.. Yes, I have given them four stars despite not receiving my order as they were very friendly and professional, I love that they also provide a guide of how to have your first trip and after I contacted them about my first package not arriving they immediately sent a second order out (I hope it was the second one that got caught!!). Obviously buying illegal drugs online is risky and I can't fault TruffleMagic for the police doing their job, my only issue is that there is a banner on the main site that says ' guaranteed delivery'. Now, I know this probably means deliveries to legal countries and I'm not naive enough to believe they can guarantee the delivery, because nothing sent by post is guaranteed to reach it's destination. So for people in the UK looking for a mushroom trip, maybe hold off for a while as they seem to be cracking down. Luckily the worst part of all this is being out around $50 if that, it could have been much worse.
