Impeccable product and customer service. I'm disappointed with other people's reviews on here and can see by what there complaining about that it is there own mistakes and misunderstanding. The ticket system is easy to use and I believe from experience you'll always get a suitable reply until any issues are resolved. This is my 2nd time ordering from this company and would highly recommend. They went above and beyond to get my 2nd batch to me due to poor postal services and such. Absolute legends!!!

order december 17th, the package is on its way, buț i still have to say, you guys seem pretty sus when it comes to first package deliveries but whatever, there’s always other places. edit: i don’t know if it’s coming anymore so now i just ordered from my regular patron...glad to see everyone else got theirs.

I am very satisfied with the product and service. I have ordered Truffles 2 times and paid with cash. I was a bit concerned about the cash, but it was received and my product shipped over the “big pond” to North America. It arrived in excellent condition. I now will try the mushroom grow kit, and hope I will have the same good experience.

A truly pleasurable company to deal with from start to finish ( for the second time ), very pleased with the quality of the product and service.

Updated to say they finally came through. I’ll leave a positive rating as I know what they do, I’ll update if needed. Just minus one star for the ticketing system that I found confusing and I’d live the option of tracked postage. In conclusion thanks Trufflemagic!

Trufflemagic is the real deal. I did LOTS of research trying to determine a credible business to order a growkit from. I'm glad i chose Trufflemagic ; their customer service is prompt, informative, and friendly. Pretty much the best of any i've ever dealt with online! I'm in the U.S., so shipping here is sort of challenging. My first order never made it, so they shipped me out another right away, which i recieved. Their site gave me tips i followed, the second time, to make my address more "deliverable" and i believe it worked. My order contained 2 packets of truffles (which i have not yet tried) and one mushroom grow kit. It took about a week to receive. My first harvest (after 8-9 days) was sparse, with mushrooms coming up only along the sides of the kit container. When i was picking the product, i noticed the soil was very dry so i soaked it, drained it, and began again. It's one week later and i have LOTS of Golden Teacher Babies pinning, coming up all over the soil, as they should. I am beyond happy and extremely grateful to Trufflemagic for their products, patience, and "customer first" policies. I have not tried the product yet, but I have a good feeling! I have enjoyed every step in the process thus far, from learning how to do overseas wire transfers from my bank, to receiving my package, to watching the mushrooms mature, and learning through trial and error how to dry them (which i did by setting them out on a wooden cutting board near a heater in my living room...they were crunchy-dry in two days!) Anyway, if you are nervous about ordering for the first time, don't worry! Trufflemagic is very professional and courteous. They won't let you down!

Excellent customer service after problems with shipping to the uk first time round. They re shipped my order, as first was ceized by customs and was always in contact for resoulutions. Also amazing products and great speed of delivery, would highly recommend all across the globe.

Thank you team for your great service. I ordered my grow kit 25 November and received it 10 January. I'm in South Africa and was worried it would not make it through the postal service but to my surprise it did make it. Kind Regards!

Had trouble receiving my order as it was intercepted. Customer service went above and beyond and I received a grow kit instead. It's been a few days now and I am very much enjoying the growing process even though I am a complete novice, I highly recommend giving it a go!

So I ordered 11th Dec to the UK. Nothing received at all and I emailed them 28th Dec. We are now at 10th Jan and nothing from customs either, They did say contact again if not received again in a month. I understand it's the holiday period but hey ho..I'm leaving 5 stars as I believe they will rectify this but I've seen a lot of failed deliveries online first time. So between both these orders/issues on my ticket system, it still shows 'In Progress'. Now I can't contact them or open a ticket as they haven't closed old tickets. Essentially this is the only way to get in touch as all other comms get bounced back..I understand 2 open tickets means you cant open/deal with another but none of the open tickets was closed so I can't contact them and am in limbo. I've replied to the in-progress tickets again with no response or acknowledgement from even an automated system. Could someone contact me with an update or let me know.

Great products and service. Shipping was faster than promised on each order and discreet. I first tried the Hollandia truffle 3 pack and it was so great I reordered it!! The trip was perfect and I really enjoyed it, I just ordered and received a grow kit and they were available to answer all my questions about the process and I look forward to that experience as well!

Ordered some truffles about 2 years ago and no issues. Only regret was that I didn't have time to take them and unfortunately the truffles lost its potency. Then a couple of years later, I felt the urge to get in touch with my subconscious as a result of going through a transitional phase in my life, so placed an order for some about a couple of months ago. Unfortunately the order didn't arrive and after reading some horror stories from customers in the UK having had their order intercepted, and visit by their local police, alarm bells rang so I opted for a refund instead. Bless the amazing guys at Truffle magic who have been so good with communication and refund (did lose the shipping fee, but that's a fair trade), I can't fault them at all. Guess what, I was so glad I asked for a refund because the customs did seize them and I got a letter from them to confirm so. They also forwarded the issue to the local police to deal with and I had them knocking on my door a month later... So just be very very careful those who are ordering to the UK as they seem to have stepped up a gear in intercepting mail... Probably not that far off from Australian-style Border Force.

Received the package today, thanks a bunch to the truffle magic team!! Shipping took around 2 weeks to the eastern US. I will be placing another order soon for a grow kit. Great company and quality service and products!

My order did get lost at customs but the team at Truffle Magic were very understanding and extremely helpful and shipped another kit out which arrived within 4 days. Me and my wife had the most amazing new years eve stage 3 trip that lasted nearly 8 hours, a testament of the quality of the kit I recieved as I didnt think we would get that high on what we got out of it but that's what you get when you eat straight from the cake I guess, no nausea no negative effects was truly magical. Highly recommend this company, they lost out by having to reship through no fault of their own but were understanding and trusting enough to reship the order to me and I am very grateful of that.

Amazing service! My first shipment didn't arrive so I think they must have been stopped at customs. I let them know and they send a new package same day and it came super quick. I will be using them again.

First dispatch didn't arrive, but they sent a replacement which arrived on the third working day! Marvellous people!

Bit of hold up on delivery, down to UK customs, but spoke to the team and they reshipped my order for no extra cost. They arrived in 4 days! Amazing customer service and product, cant praise these guys enough. Thanks TM team.🍄

To begin I was skeptical with the bank transfer, but I was reassured the payment came through and the product was on its way. The first batch didn’t arrive but I spoke to customer care and they sent it out again which I received not long after. I had them with 2 of my pals, 15g each. A mild but enjoyable trip with a few light visuals, social / clear head space and overall a good introduction to psilocybin. Would recommend!
