I had a call from Nicholson almost as soon as I sent my request for more information. I felt our conversation was relaxed and easy and that could raise concerns and ask any questions. For me the call was overall a good experience and useful for me to help make a decision. Thank you
All people I spoke to were very helpful and friendly, they knew answers to all my questions, answered emails promptly, called at designated time and very professional.
Just an overview of range of courses. When I needed more information I still had to access the websites. I don't really want lots of people calling me.

It gave me a lot of choices, and narrowed down what exactly I was after. Cant wait for someone to now call me so I can find out more, such as cost and what type of education I will be receiving ( ie cert 4, diploma etc)

The website is easy to navigate, however I had no idea about the free courses before a friend mentioned it. Perhaps there need to be more advertising/social media about this so more people can take this opportunity also.
The website was very easy to navigate and once I had found the course I was interested in, I had a representative call me almost immediately and take me through some information. He has also emailed me when he said he would.
I’ve been looking into doing a course certificate 3 or 4 which will get me back into The work force and meet new people and build relationships with them I’m starting a course which is certificate 3 in aged care I love looking after the older frail people who go into aged care as I have a lot of experience but need certificates to work I receive a call from these guys who explained what certificate I need to do first and explaining that I can get government funding which is great cause I’m on Centerlink I chose this TAFE out of the 4 others due to the warm welcome and explaining everything I wanted to know I’m starting the course in July as they gave me a few dates to choose from so I I’m so excited to get into the course and it’s free so I’m thanking you guys so much for your help and I will surely be looking forward to meeting the manger or the coordinator for the course I’m doing and meeting new people as I go to the TAFE 3 times A week which is what I wanted and they also get you into a aged care facility for part of the course hands on which the other courses want you to find your own so if anyone is looking to do a course no matter what it is I highly recommend this TAFE thank you guys Rachel
