All they want to do is call and call so they can reach their targets to get paid. I have not once received the information I have asked for instead I get sent more emails with pointless information and more phone calls.

Kudos on the sale pitch haha. I genuinely felt they had no interest in wanting to help me better myself but rather to get a sale. When I asked how this will better me they said "well you can't predict the future, you don't know what will happen!" what a load of rubbish. When I said "I'll think about it" he basically hung up on me. Thanks but no thanks.

Unfortunately I did never got my question answered when contacting you via the form on your website. In my message I asked for the full fees for a corse I was interested but I only got the answer “a payment plan is available from $25 a week” and my question about prices for a student holding a visa was ignored. I emailed back asking the same question again but did not receive a respond. Due to not being available on the phone during day time I specially mentioned to get back to me via email but still I have two missed calls from you. I found this very ignorant.
When I enquired I received a call back with an hour, he was so sweet and answered all my questions and concerns. I was abit nervous about studying and not being able to find a job but he gave me peace of mind.
