Great team, great trainers, and everything on hand as well as so much education available for people to access. Australian government need to recognise this training providers and their programs so that there is more funding to assist students with their studying and financial needs as centerlink does not recognise these services and will not fund students.

This service has failed to deliver as promised, they were contacted through the enquiry form (i.e. fill out this form to receive a course brochure) and as yet no brochure has been received yet the inbox has multiple emails about everything but a course brochure. ) I think they need to do what they say they will. This has also happened before a year ago so it seems they haven't improved

A nice one stop shop to research courses through business partners… there are many more training organisations that offer courses than the short list of providers via this site! The site doesn’t have a clear symbol/search engine for fee help providers. Hours were waisted opening every providers course only to find it wasn’t fee help or didn’t offer start now delivery with a fee help course.

i’ve wanted to get into my childcare course for a long time. i’ve applied many times and wasn’t able to attend the classes because they were “too full” or i was too late. but once i enquired about a course i was interested in the next day i was rung. it made me feel seen and wanted. the lady i spoke to was lovely and listened what i had to say and worked around all the responsibilities i have in my life. i’m now enrolled in the course of my dreams and it works for me. i was put on a plan to pay off my course as well which makes things easier because i am moving out of home.
