The website is quite user-friendly. When I submitted my enquiries, prior to enrollment, I received a message that a staff member will contact me shortly. Then I got an email telling me that someone will call me shortly. I replied to the email requesting that I be called after 2pm. No one rang. Then I rang and waited but the phone just rang out. Again I rang and the phone just rang out. On the third call, Cale Piritaie answered the phone. He was very polite, professional and patient in explaining to me. That was excellent. My request is that to get more people to happily enroll and promote your business to others, all calls should be answered very promptly. Kris Chandra

The website was great. And easy to navigate! Gave me great detail, and made it very simple to browse your courses. However, the particular institute I spoke with were quite rude and abrupt over the phone. Which made feel feel uneasy about applying for that course. Was a bit of a let down, the website itself however, no trouble at all.

Great support over the phone. I putted my Enquiries on line at night, and I got a response from this company the next day. The staff who I spoke to, he was very polite, professional advisor I have to say! He answered all my questions, and gave me a tip to find a right school for me to choose. Thanks team!!
