There was no response from anybody…only automated useless response
There was no response from anybody regarding with query! I asked about the fees and course starting date! Nothing All I got was an automated response outlining the same thing on the website! Not helpful at all

Prompt response, friendly and encouraging advice.
Got immediate response from Katie, who spent some time listening to my story, then gave positive advice and recommendations. As a result, I have enrolled in an on-line course, with the process clearly explained. Follow-up email from Katie was appreciated.

This organisation is amazing
