I just googled affordable online courses

I just googled affordable online cirt 3 in cookery. It was in one of the first 3 options when pressed search. So i went in to check it out. It was easy and self explanatory and easy to understand. I found what I was looking for right away and gave me other option and ideas. It asked if I wanted more details on the course I chose, such as payment options, how long the course takes to comlete, that was good. All round it was perfect. Easy to use(navigate) and very helpful. No complaints from me.

Misleading information

I enrolled in a course through training.com.au with Health courses Australia. I specifically told them that I was looking for a course in counselling with no written assessments as I would not have time to complete them due to work. I was told everything I wanted to hear from Health courses Australia so I can enroll. I was told that there are no written assessments onl6 exams in the end and the rest was all practical, hands on. When I started the course I relised that the course was only written assessment based. I called them and they said that they don't know anything about it and that they would ask the girl that I talked to to find out. They then contacted me saying that nothing of what I said ever took place (the same people that said they didn't know anything about this) and that they would send me the recordings of my phone calls to confirm. The recordings they sent me were from the enrolment process (terms and conditions I had to agree to) and said that they don't have previous recordings. The previous phone calls in question were the ones that convinced me to move forward and enroll since I was reassured that all will be as I requested. They did not reimburse me as I had asked them to do due to misleading information and I was left feeling powerless in front of a company and their staff who chose to lie about what they had done instead of facing their mistakes with a sense of honour.

It was easy to look up what I was…

It was easy to look up what I was looking for so I could then print it out ! It gave me the guide and subjects of the course as well as the costs. Someone then rang me a few hours later to go through the procedure to enrol ! I am now enrolled and start online on 25th January 2021 ! Very excited to be doing Animal Studies !!!

SALES SALES SALES - They don't care about your career!

Like the other reviews I also specified that I only wanted an email communication, I also specified in the comment when I made my initial inquiry that I wanted prices, course information and whether it was all online or not. I received multiple calls and when asked to be emailed I was told we don't work on email. WHAT!!! it's 2020!! everyone works on email, except obviously a sales person who wants to push you in to enrolling. I told him I had no time as I was at work and didn't want a lengthy phone conversation. He persisted to ask me what I wanted via email, I asked if he had read my initial inquiry and he said no!! what is the point of the comment box if you don't read it? I asked him to email me pricing and he said he couldn't as it changed monthly and he needed information to determine discounts. Oh please!!! I told him I would go elsewhere and he said ok. What a load of rubbish!! AVOID THEM!!

Poor communication

I specifically asked to be contacted via email regarding my enquiries about the course I am interested and emailed with a list of questions. However, even though I clearly stated that I am unable to receive calls during business hours, I have been phoned multiple times and have missed all of these calls. I am still interested in this course however I am disappointed that I have not been emailed as I originally requested.

Bad Communication

I wanted to enroll in a course and take advantage of the black Friday discount. I received an initial phone call from an advisor who claimed they were going to email me information about the course in question (never received an email) enquiried again a day later this time I was ready to enroll never received a return phone call.
