I enquired about a course that I beleieved would be helpful in my line of work, the team member I spoke with was friendly, helpful, knew her business and its capabilities and generally was able to answer any and all questions I had to ask. Overall very impressed with the service.
The reply from both emails was prompt. The offer to ring to discuss the Course was ideal, it gave me the chance to get all the required information quickly. Well worth the enquiry.
Called back but obviously didn't read my note that I was interested in adult education website took me to incorrect course on search

I put in an enquiry for the cost of one course and have received an email which is fine but it didn't answer my enquiry on cost and several phone calls and a text which I can't answer during business hours anyway and it's just overkill. If training.com could just send 1 email that lists the cost of that course that's all I was after.. I mean you guys need to chill with your outbound contact.

I found a course enquired via telephone and got a call back quickly, now enrolled in a course which is government subsidised. Very friendly and helpful staff!
I am not great at technology, however after gaining my USI, I attempted to login to the course and was unable to. I will attempt this again tomorrow from a different computer.
I am happy with the variety and depth of courses on offer in the field I am currently exploring, so thank you so much. Your response to my enquiry was also prompt and the lady I spoke with was quite helpful and friendly.
