Nobody rung to talk about this course or its costs
I just wanted a course guide to weigh up my options. Never received one.
Hi team I haven’t been contacted from anyone yet about the course I have enquired about which is making me not want to go through with the course.
Very helpful and friendly
When I clicked onto the site to view the course, all necessary information was there and easy to read. Also the form I filled out to get an enquire was quick and easy to fill.
I have not heard from anyone to talk about courses so I can only go a 2 for advertisement not responding to my request
Your consistent harassment of calling people after hours and being told that you just want email info sent and that I’m too busy this week to answer phone calls l have had 10 missed calls on my phone from the same number all day today you have completely put me off training at your college l am beyond disappointed in your consultants demanding ways. I said not to be contacted by phone for a reason. I am just making Enquiries not ready to enrol not to mention the ridiculous cost of this animal care course 3000 dollars!!! Do you think people can afford that after co vid please do not ring me to talk about this very very bad rating l have you as l won’t be answering !!!

It's an excellent service since it takes note of everything that you would have questions about and give you the most appropriate answer to your answered questions and what you filled out. I love that it also gives you other options if you don't like the one given to you.
The site was very easy to use and easy to find your way around it. The information given was very detailed.
Tyson was extremely helpful and explained everything to me in detail and answered any questions I had.
Follow up phone call. The guy who called me for follow up was very inappropriate and judgmental. He kept making me feel like an idiot and asking the same question over and over.... He was very irritating so I ended the call and moved onto another online service.
Jesse was very nice and helpful and was able to sign me up straight away, everything had been sufficient, still waiting on my log in details though.
