Very efficient and easy to both use and understand. Applied for a course on a Monday, got a call on Friday, and got enrolled into the course on that same phone call. Would happily use it again if I decide to do another course of study.
I got informations and emails quickly on my queries about the courses. The course guide is clear, the person who I spoke to was very helpful and polite. When I needed some more information of the different courses, and I booked phone call, but I have not got any call at the time I booked. After all that, I think email is the better way to communicate with this train company. I am considering to enrol a course after I work out the payment method, hopefully I am eligible for the government subsidy.

I had quick response with all the information I needed I did have too many emails and missed calls as follow up and would prefer to take the next step first once I have reviewed the courses and made a decision I also asked Hammond how I go about applying for Vet government funding but did not get a reply I would like to sign up for a course in the next week once I do have confirmation about the financial support Thank you
Easy website to use and there is a large variety of courses to look at for your needs.
Phone call was informative and caller was friendly. But felt pushed into making a decision on the spot. I also did reply to messages left for me on the Tuesday, letting them know, I was in a first aid course and would ring back on on the Friday. I had persistent calls, twice daily, ignoring my request. Am not overly happy with that! Still deciding on this basis if I will go ahead with this company. As they clearly don't listen to there prospective students
