Appalling service. Food sent out in April with best before March on the actual food. Apparently it is acceptable for them to send food out up to 2 years after best before date. On top of this shocking statement, majority of order was actually vile and thrown in the bin. Refused a full refund even though I sent them pictures of dates on foods. Refund of 50 pence issued. Reporting company to trading standards.

Useless customer service, apparently customers who order on the weekend don’t have the luxury on cancelling orders such as the week-day customers. I emailed these lot on a Sunday to cancel an order I had placed the same day but the order was still shipped out Monday afternoon. They didn’t even bother checking their emails. Called them up to say I will not be paying for postage for a 5kg box of stuff that I didn’t want since it was their problem for not cancelling it on time. Instead they advised to raise a chargeback on my card for the order and hung up the call. What kind of professionalism is that for a company.

Great tasting products at reasonable prices

So disappointed. Order arrived in full and promptly so no issues there but was my first time ordering and 3 out of the 4 products I ordered went straight in the bin. They tasted really chemically and were inedible. Just didn’t taste good at all: Garlic and Herb sauce Chilli Mayo Mocha Creamer I also ordered the hazelnut syrup which is ok, but won’t be ordering from here again. Shame as good concept.

Order came incomplete over a month ago, 3 things missing from box. Issue is still not resolved and customer service are now ignoring me.

Fabulous company and great products. Love the chocolate crispy bars and chocolate wafers, they really satisfy a sweet craving. Great customer service and communication 💜

The customer service is extremely slow via Instagram and they do not interact much. They read your messages then ignore them mostly. I began collaborating with Skinny Foods via the Collab app and there it advertises free products for your collaboration with them. I bought a bulk of products (most were out of date and only a few should have been from their out of date section on their website), promoted them and shared my discount links, only to be told by the CEO that there would be no free products with my collaboration. Quite disappointing.

Fab company, lots of products for diabetics I'm so happy as I've just been diagnosed woth type 2 and there's so many substitutes I can have thanks to the skinny food company!!

I like that your products are low sugar, nice taste they have a lot of flavours with zero calories and zero sugar syrups. My top 3 are low calorie iced hazelnut coffee , orange chocolate syrup , Skinny Co chocolate drops🥰

Fantastic company, easy to purchase on either Web or App. Brilliant products at great prices, super quick delivery. Have had the syrups for coffee for a very long time and have never had a problem.

Excellent communication. Delivered quite quickly. Above all good tasting jam without the sugar. Also great deals making it not a bad price when the bargains come through Will now use confidently more often.

The products taste so nice, I never used to drink coffee until I started to use the barista syrups..... my taste buds have opened up and I love the all the products.
