Products are great, but customer service is not good. Payment was taken ages ago, no delivery, and no replies.

Ordered on Sunday 10th May, label was not created until Monday 12th May, order was delivered on Wednesday 14th May This order was more snack based, I ordered the bbq ball crisps, the chocoholic drops, the milk chocolate crisp balls, 2 of the salted caramel pots and a jar of hazelnut milky spread (past the best before date) The items arrived on time and in good condition, all with good dates on apart from the spread but it was mentioned that it was past the best before. The BBQ ball Crisps weren't bad, the bbq flavour isn't too strong, they're not the nicest crisps but also not the worst, not something I'd eat all the time or the whole bag in one sitting, I was looking forward to trying these as I'm a fan of bbq crisps. The milk chocolate crisp balls were similar to maltesers in texture, not in taste, you can definitely taste the lack of sugar and the sweetener at the same time, they have a very bitter taste, definitely not for me but I'm happy I tried them to see if they were as good as promised on the website but unfortunately they are not, and it's made me a little worried to try the chocoholic drops. The chocoholic drops were actually really nice, they look exactly like chocolate smarties and they taste pretty similar, for something with 90% less sugar you can't really tell much difference, I might get a small bag of smarties to test against to see just how small or big the difference is The salted caramel pots were very nice, not too sweet or over powering, definitely something I'd get again and have semi regularly with a lunch or as a snack, this is definitely something I'd recommend getting if you want something that has less sugar but doesn't taste like it. The salted caramel itself is very smooth and the breadsticks taste the same as the ones you'd get in one of those Nutella pots. The jar of hazelnut milky spread was really nice on its own, definitely very very similar to the inside of a kinder bueno, I tried it on crumpets first, still very nice even with olive butter which we don't normally have in the house, it melted down into the crumpet, it then did become a bit sweet but still very nice. It tastes a bit less sweet on bread as well so definitely will be repurchasing once I eventually get through this jar.

The Skinny Food Co customer service department were very helpful and found the delay in delivery was due to damage to the parcel. I did wonder how much longer it would have taken to get the replacement but Thaileane Collis sorted everything out for me. And once Amazon had my replacement order the delivery was swift.

I have purchased several of The Skiiny Food Cos sauces, syrups and creamer and have been pleasantly suprised. I am a die hard sugar fan and have always struggled with sugar substitutes until now. Fantastic range of products!!

I Love all the skinny food products, especially the bars, which give the sweet kick flavours without the guilt .

I think the idea behind these products is great, anything that can allow you to have the types of food/drinks you want with less of the negative impact is great in my book.

Excellent products; lots of variety, customer service spot on, sorted out an issue I had with delivery very quickly. As a diabetic I particularly like the information given with each product you know exactly what you are eating. Products have helped me with my diet to loose weight.

They do gluten free products too. It's quite a good selection. Love there smarties as they're gf
