Received out of date item- it was not specified as being past best before date on website and it was only item in my order so very disappointing. I have had similar issues in the past and have provided feedback but they do not update information on website to reflect errors in either ingredients or best before dates. Please please do this it would really help as I don’t want to stop ordering but am getting increasingly frustrated at receiving items which are different to the description online or passed best before date and not specified about this either. Edited to add I have now checked the website and it has since been reduced and the best before put on the listing but I bought it not reduced and it did not specify best before April!

Just wanted to drop you a line about my last order. Everything was great, except for one little thing. I got a chocaholic snack pot that was way past its best-before date – September 2022! It tasted a bit off, to say the least.
Don't order from these as customer service is appalling. Received products that was almost out of date (I did ask in the order notes if this was the case to cancel the order as there was no information on use by dates) after receiving the almost out of date products I had to contact them many times to get a response, when I finally did get a response I returned the products (at my cost!) and its now been 5 working days since they were delivered back to them but I've received no refund (was meant to be within 3 working days) and now no replies to emails! Update- it’s now 11 days since I returned my order and still no refund. Very poor communication from customer service. I’ve sent the tracking number to prove they have been received and still no refund! Not exactly 3 working days for a refund as advised.
Ordered 36 of lattes in 3 different flavours yet they sent same flavour!! The only reason I ordered was because of the flavours but sent 36 of vanilla!! If I had known would not have ordered! Will not order again

Have been using skinny food syrups for years, and have no complaints about the sweet flavours (my fave) on pancakes, in coffee, even maple syrup bacon. Always stocking up on my go tos when I’m running low and to say they get used nearly daily they last a good while!
The products I’ve tried so far haven’t been bad for how low in calories they were. I bought extra items to make the total enough to get free delivery, several days after my order I got an email to say I’d have to pay extra delivery charges as my order was heavy. I questioned it but was told it was in the T&Cs. I paid it. The delivery then came 3 days later than it was meant to, a few things were squished and the ‘3 flavours’ of canned coffee were all the same flavour. Each individual thing not a biggie, but I’m not sure I have enough trust to buy from them again.
My package was damaged by the carrier, I contacted customer service and they have been amazing . In two days they replaced my order and apologised,although it wasn't their fault. The products are very good as well, especially I have diabetes and not allowed sugar or high carbs. Definitely will by from them again.
Extremely Disappointed with Service My experience has been thoroughly disappointing. The order was delayed without explanation, then I was unexpectedly asked to pay extra for postage. When I requested the order be cancelled, they ignored this and instead sent only part of the delivery - yet still marked it as fully delivered. This is not acceptable customer service. I'm not one to complain without reason, but this situation has been handled terribly from start to finish. Order number: #1734314
I have been a frequent customer of this company for many years but my most recent order arrived with one item smashed inside the packaging I advised the company and provided photographic evidence but they just repeatedly told me they were investigating and offered me a 10% discount on my next order! I find it mind blowing that they didn't just replace the broken item worth a whole £3.99 and chose instead to repeatedly fob me off Shocking customer service and will not order from them again
Don't be fooled with their offer on 3 different flavours on social media at the moment for the cold coffee. Its a joke! been dumped with 36 cans of disgusting vanilla, and when I reached out about the order was told they have a clause to give you 2 of 1 flavour! but yet I ended up with all the same. Should have been told about it before dispatch to make the decision on whether to continue with the order (I wouldn't have as the appeal was trying 3 different flavours). Expected so much more from this company as I have ordered stuff before. Won't be ordering ever again that's for sure!!!
Damaged goods and goods sold past best before date and non existent customer service at first point of contact so would not recommend. Was waiting all week for a resolution so there’s not been any urgency to resolve the issue to be honest. However… after a painful exchange of emails with N*** being repetitive and ignoring a simple request to replace or refund I decided to reach out direct to the company which I shouldn’t have needed to. I’ve changed my review here to 3 stars from 1 because my issue was resolved finally by J**** and they went above and beyond to be fair and has restored faith in using the company again. What a difference from the first week with N*** to today having a conversation and speedy resolution. I think customer service from the others needs to be improved on and better quality control on what is put in the orders but will use again and happy to give 5 stars in the future as the products are great. The experience with the first person was painful and a complete waste of my time it’s astonishing, absolutely would suggest re-training due to the responses received. Thanks you
Outstanding products. Really fantastic choice of flavours and especially when going through competition prep, the skinny food co give me life and are my saviour. Well and truly a great way to spice up and add flavour to meals but without those excessive sugars and calories.
I'm only reviewing the coffee tins, skinny milk chocolate and syrups: truly disgusting flavoured coffee - thin, watery, very sweet and almost undrinkable, even when mixed with milk. Only slimming because no-one in their right mind would drink it. The skinny chocolate is weird: looks like chocolate but has almost no flavour, certainly none of the richness of normal chocolate. The 'syrups' are fine, strong flavours so you don't need much, but they're not really syrups, more sugared water. Everything I've tried so far has a strange chemical aftertaste. When you read the ingredients you realise there's very little that's natural. They give the impression that it's all concocted in a lab and we the punters are their guinea pigs.
