Stopped selling the sauces I like and also I find the syrups don’t come out of the bottles great they squirt everywhere so now I have to take the lids off.

Product labelling did not match website information (example cals given per pack when should be per portion). Claims made in promotional materials not supported by evidence on packaging (example claims high fibre but no value given on packaging for fibre). Customer service abysmal (did not understand their own products or uk law). Return service not fit for purpose (disposed of parcel then claimed items were missing/refused refund without evidence).

Products are ideal for me as I have to lose quite a bit of weight. Service is very good.

Packed horrendously, pots of porridge at bottom of a very heavy parcel all smashed and opened no care or attention. Never in stock of key items easier to buy elsewhere now

Nice tasting bread and syrup at a fairly reasonable price for low carb. Good shelf life too.

Poor service. Items missing from parcel. Messages and images sent on request and has taken 3 months yet still no resolution in their investigation. Update: On actioning this review, they acted promptly to correct their mistake.

First time of ordering & I found it really easy plus the website was inviting! A great range of products on offer & such quick delivery. Wish I’d ordered more as found items after my confirmation email but will definitely be reordering & now the Family want some bits too! I have used 'Skinny Co' for years now and I would not be without them. The range of fat free & sugar free 1 calorie syrups are delicious especially in plain porridge, on pancakes, on ice-cream & in hot coffee. Butterscotch is my favourite syrup but I enjoy others too like Maple/Vanilla/Salted Caramel/Hazelnut/Toffee Apple & Golden Syrup. I have never had a problem with the products, delivery or service. Skinny Co always give incentives like money off, a free product with the order, 2 for 1 or Bogof offers. I would be lost without having their SF/FF Syrup in my porridge everyday. I am due to order again now as the syrups last ages in the fridge even though I use a tablespoon in my bowl of porridge everyday. I also love the low cal wafers & lemon doughnuts. They have a big range of all sf/ff low cal products including condiments, cake, barista shots and mock tail syrup etc I was surprised to find that they supply supermarkets, so I topped up on Skinny Co Syrups from Asda but I am now due to do a big order from Skinny Co directly.
