First time I've brought from Skinny Foods and the prices and service were brilliant. Delivery came within a couple of days well packaged. I brought the 1 litre syrup bottle pack of 4 bottles for less than £20 great value as I was paying nearly £10 for one bottle of another store. Will definately buy more from Skinny Foods website.

I've been using the barista shots for a while but I noticed that even though I have a black coffee with a small shot, my blood glucose levels spiked. Once I stopped using the shots I had no spikes. These are not diabetic friendly

The website is super easy to navigate and has special offers every day, just make sure you sign up for the emails to make sure you’re not missing out on anything! Delivery is extremely efficient but best of all, there’s a great range of products. I’ve tried loads and all were tasty, value for money and so much easier than trailing round supermarkets for suitable products only to find empty shelves!

Great products and great delivery time

Great items, they taste great and as a T1 diabetic I love that they are sugar/carb free so can enjoy them. Good prices, value for money. Delivery is also good.

My friend is a diabetic and wanted some jam and marmalade. This was the best offer. She is looking forward to it.

Non Existent Customer Service Had some products which arrived broken, cracked and smashed due to poor packaging with huge bottles, sent photos, then requested more after a week, for the tiny amount of money it wasn't worth the hassle. Sadly great products are let down but utterly useless customer service response times and action. Feels like it was my fault they arrived damaged.

Arrives very quickly, everything packaged well (no spills, splits or breaks in any packaging), and absolutely boosts my morning coffee routine!

Sadly the courier delivered our parcel with slight damage. However, the company I purchased my items from were very sympathetic and were quick to rectify the problem. The staff member, Keira Carr, was very helpful and went over and beyond to ensure that I (the customer) was completely satisfied with the outcome. I will not hesitate to use Skinny Products again.
