Order has arrived and it’s leaked…
Order has arrived and it’s leaked everywhere. So far I’ve been offered a 10% off next order and if I would like to go through my order and clean everything and find the leaking product or products they will replace them. The work order is a sticky mess and I just want a refund. Not impressed with this company shocking customer service.

No free items when spending over £67
I like the products but after spending over £67 I did not receive any free items which were showing that I would get, so I was quite disappointed with this.

Skinny Ghosts
It’s incredibly annoying when a company totally ghosts your application but pops up ‘urgently looking’ for the same position a month later! It’s also counter productive as I’m hardly going to use that company as a consumer.

James Advisor what a Star in his excellent customer care.
James Advisor was excellent with my complaint of not receiving my skinny syrup 1ltre barrister coffee!! It had been dumped/given to someone at wrong address. I was not happy!! He went out of his way to investigate this for me, I guess with amazon. He was kind caring, friendly with me and reassuring!! He was clear and precise on all the steps he was tsking. Today thanks to Advisor James.. I received my skinny ( re issued at no extra expense) to my address with no problem. It has put my faith in customer care and ordering again from skinny products. Thank you James 😊
