I have ordered from the skinny food co many times in the passed unfortunately had some bad deliveries where items missing or wrong items even orders not turning up but after all this times i thought would try with skinny foods again I have done a pretty big order this time but unfortunately not all items I wanted to buy were showing on app I.e fake away ready meals was only showing sweet and sour meal and none of the other flavours let’s hope this is sorted before my next order goes in

Ordered 2 items. The lid of one of the products was cracked when I opened the box it was delivered in. Luckily it did not leak.

Product hasn’t been delivered two weeks after ordering, no response from customer service despite calls, emails and social media messages. ***UPDATE*** Despite the companies misleading response below, It is now over three weeks since I placed the order, after several emails back and forward with Nick, Ciera and James, I have not received the order and the company will not process a refund. I have requested one several times and the only options I have been give are to 1. Wait while they investigate what happened with their courier (which is generally 5-7 business days days, but can be longer apparently) 2. Refuse the delivery on the off chance that it does arrive and again wait for a refund! The package has been with FedEx Customs since 14th March, with the status changing to customs cleared on the morning of 25th March and no scans since) I couldn’t recommend this company any less!

There was chocolate sauce all over the place inside and out, The chocolate fudge bottle seal Was broken

Lots of things out of stock and delivery takes quite long. The low carb bread is good 👍 but again quite often out of stock I have moved to another online low carb provider

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Received an order of a value of over £60 and half the items going out of date within 2 months. Consistency of the sauces is disgusting now and the chemical taste they have now is overbearing and makes them inedible. I have emailed the customer service team 4 times now with ZERO response. Several items have separated and have floating bits in them and smell rancid. Broken seals on various bottles which must be why they have gone off so fast. Disappointing to have no response from this company and really annoying I've wasted £60. Update I returned my order as per an email from an advisor after having to call numerous times due to no response via email. Items were received by the company on the 4th April and I've still had no response or reply to any emails and I have continuously called and left voicemail messages again with no response. I still have not received my refund!!!!

The products are fantastic. The delivery was good and the products were packaged well. I've been without condiments for some time because of the sugar content so being able to get sauces without sugar and also taste nearly identical to the original is brilliant. The biscuits are very tasty too.

Lovely products with great choice. Although they are all calorie free, the products are just as tasty.
