Poor delivery
We love their syrups but this is another time when something happens with delivery and it's not on time, wonder how long we're going to wait now as last time it was late a week. Very disappointing

Good product but the BOGOF offer they have on the app is very confusing. It’s only a one off thing and I ended up paying more and ended up with a product I didn’t really need Not very clear with the rules and the customer service wasn’t helpful at all

Wonderful product and super speedy delivery!
I am very impressed with the product...fantastic! A lot of my baking requires maple syrup and this offers a really healthy option. I ordered it yesterday and it came today. It was very well packaged too. What fabulous service. Top marks! 10/10

good products, poor website
good products, although ordering can be a bit of a pain, as you are CONSTANTLY bombarded with offer after offer for other products. If I was interested in buying other products I would continue looking for those items, I don't need prompting or pestering every 5 seconds!!
