Customer service is a joke, ordered late march, amazon apparently damaged my parcel so will not deliver it and I need to contact Skinny, I have multiple times, emails and live chat,tried ringing, I've had one response in nearly two weeks on the live chat to ask if i'd like a refund or redelivery, I asked for a redelivery and I've heard nothing for a week....

My husband loves the syrups for his coffee. Having these he no longer adds sugar. So at zero calories it's a win win. Just had friends round and they loved it too, so a new customer heading your way.
Ordered on the 21st March and it’s now 4th April. Order was lost by the delivery company and after about 4 emails and a message left on live chat (they weren’t online at the time) with no response whatsoever, they finally asked me if I wanted the products resent or a refund. I said I wanted them resent 3 days ago and again, no response, even after 3 more messages.Bored of chasing them up.

Love the giant selection of products to chose from, many things ive tried ive loved, there are also plenty of things i didnt like, many of the sauces i tried just didnt hit the right spot for me personally because of either the consistency of flavour, but family members of mine have used all of them so ive got none left, so they we all amazing purchases and i will definitely order again
