Great customer service and delivery! The item are very tasty and actually taste good without any of the fat and carbs👌

Fast shipment to Germany. Although the delivery costs are pricey I will keep ordering here because they simply have the best syrups and for me as a type one diabetic it's difficult to find sugarfree syrups that still taste good. I tried a few other brands but none was as good so I keep coming back, it's totally worth it. Also one time there were difficulties with my order but the customer service managed to solve them and the communication via email was fast and friendly.

Order arrived in 48hours, it arrived on time it was packaged well and I believe good value for money, can't wait to try the 3 flavours!

As always excellent service from this company. Wide range of products and a speedy delivery. As a diabetic I really enjoy the Barista syrup with no awful sweetener after taste.

They could employ someone with good customer services. Very poor service received they offer next day delivery. But your order doesn't arrive for 2 days. Customer services didn't want to know.

Clear labelling of all ingredients, all carbs, calories etc on packaging. Tastes as good sometimes better than everyday products. Great delivery and reasonable prices. That's why I use skinny foods

Amazon shipping stole my parcel from Skinny Food Co on 30/3/25. I contacted Skinny Food Co to notify them, and Nick Strawson has been amazing, helping me resolve the matter. From helping me understand the sections of the claim form I was to complete to clarifying points to chasing up a response from their carrier to organising a replacement, I can’t fault him. Photos show 3, title says 3, but you’re getting one. I can’t help but feel a little bit done over for my money when i was under the impression i was getting a lot more than i ended up receiving. The foods however are great so it is a shame, i would never buy these online again and only in store.

I brought one of the “good conscience “ boxes from them for £29.99 and every product that was sent was at least a year out of date. Don’t waste your money

I eat a high protein diet in order to achieve my fitness and health goals. The Purition powders are fantastic for this plus they taste lovely with natural fat free yoghurt. Definitely recommend. I also add a little Purition zero calorie syrup as a sweetener 😋
