The product labels is not in sync with…
The product labels is not in sync with the information on the website. The calories shown is per pack instead of per portion. Also, their customer service was very poor. They don't know much about the product and the return process is a nightmare!

Short dated
Ordered a few things from the website. Was not impressed by choc mint syrup. Only dated till jun 2025 ( 2 months date) Absolutely disgusting taste and runny. Will not order any sauces from there again. At least send out long dated items for your new customers. When you spend a certain amount they give you free items. They sent me zero sugar porridge oats which is dated march 2025. Why are they sending me out of date items is beyond me.

Some of it’s out of date …
I ordered the high fibre bundle that arrived today. Really keen to get it and it arrived on time and I thought it seemed fab. Have noticed now though that the brownies went out of date last month. Not impressed
