They used Amazon to deliver order however parcel was damaged during delivery and they couldn't, Amazon told me to recontact skinnyfoodco directly and rearrange to which I have tried. I have left emails, msg the chat service online and called their number which rings a few times and then goes through to a voicemail option which I've left and it's been ignored. Called numerous times of the day to no avail. £30 delivery which is now no where to be seen and a struggle to get refunded/ replaced. I understand the damage caused wasn't by them and during transit which happens but this is poor customer services or should I say a total lack of customer services.
