Amazon left parcel on doorstep. Which was taken now having to deal with with filling a form out I think it’s very straight forward you leave a parcel outside for hours unattended things will go missing. Also when I have tried ringing no answer and no call back just emails very upset how I’m being treated have been using you guys for years and spend a lot of money hopefully you read this and contact me

Order not arrived yet - already 3 days late and only just dispatched. Requested the shipping to be refunded but they refused to do this because it’s still being sent to me regardless of doubles delivery time. Customer service really not any help and despite admitting they hadn’t dispatched when I checked up on the order, wouldn’t refund the £3.99 delivery! First order and will not be ordering again!

Product arrived partially damaged and customer service acted like I was trying to pull a fast one on the company despite providing images of the damage.

I had an issue with a syrup and after contacting customer service I was promptly offered a discount or a replacement and representative Nick Strawson was very helpful in the matter; he very quickly issued a replacement product and answered my questions. I'm very pleased with the service and outcome!

Love their whole range but the flavoured sweeteners are a staple in my house! From hot drinks, porridge, yoghurt, protein shakes just so versatile! Always have one in my bag and in my cupboard
