Easy website, good deals only negative is delivery is through Amazon and you have to pay for delivery even if you’re a an Amazon prime member!

Plenty of items to choose from, nice clear website.

I find that this company has good food when I’m dieting. I bought lots of picks so when my husband is snacking on crisps I can have one of my snacks. Tonight I am having cheese balls. Yummy.

Disappointing - always takes an age to send and deliver and to add - order is lost so resend order to add another week - just sell via Amazon they are better at logistics

The website was easy to navigate, and the process of buying pretty simple. Everything is in order and in category's which makes it easy to understand. Checkout was great and no hic cups at all, thanks for this.

Amazing close communication with customer services

Package damaged. Did not receive order. Skinny Foods stating could take 2 weeks for them to investigate the situation. So I don’t receive the order whilst they investigate when the issue isn’t mine. Have requested a refund

I ordered a mystery box and I was a little disappointed with the products. I ordered the bronze, which has products worth £20 in it. However, I don't drink alcohol, and the bulk of my money was a large bottle of cocktail mixer, which I will never use (I'm aware that it doesn't contain alcohol, just unsure how else to use). I wish there was an option to specify whether you wanted food/drink or even just a non-alcoholic box to tick. I'd definitely keep buying them if I could do that, but it's kind of put me off.

Expensive, parcel contents was crushed. Not impressed at all. Will not be ordering again..

The Skinny Food Company offers great options with either no / less sugar or calories. My favourites are the chocolate pots and any of the coffee products ie creamer and barista shots.

Fast delivery. Would recommend this Company. Huge selection. Not too expensive.

The products are great quality and really reasonably priced. It was my first purchase with The Skinny Food Co and I’m really happy with it. I’ve found it difficult to find nice tasting coffee syrups that aren’t full of sugar but now I can flavour my drinks without feeling guilty.

I really like the products, and as a student I really appreciate the variety of bundle deals/offers that are available on the website. The shipping is also quite quick (I'm based in the UK), and I always keep an eye on my inbox (as cliché as it might sound) - because they often have free shipping deals or specials. Honestly, I think I place at LEAST two orders a month ever since I found their website, and have tried a variety of products (mostly syrups, creamers and coffee-aligned, but recently have also liked the range of dressings and sauces). My favs are most def. the custard syrup, creamy egg and the salted caramel popcorn creamer, AND THE CREAMERS IN GENERAL ARE A GAME CHANGER!!!!! Look, are every single one of the syrups a 10/10? No, but nor do I expect a zero-sugar, low calorie product to taste exactly like a full-fat-triple fudge-sundae-whipped whatever. But for someone health-concious, sugar free, diabetic or just trying to get fit in general, I genuinely think these products are an amazing choice. There's so much variety, and (at least most of the ones I've had) are pretty damn great. My ONLY real "issue" isn't with the products, but just that it takes a long time for some products to restock once they've been sold out (and if anything, its testament to how eagerly I wait for that to be the case). So yeah, I'm a huge fan. Thank you Skinnyfoodco, you have a faithful customer :)

I can't review the products as I haven't actually received them. My order has been showing as "label created" for 6 days with no further updates. I've messaged via Live chat, Facebook messenger and the contact form on the website asking for an update, but with no response yet. If/when I receive a reply and my order I will update my review, but until then I can't say I rate the experience I've had so far. I've received emails almost daily with new offers encouraging me to place an order, and today received one asking me to leave a review on here and Google to enter a competition for a store voucher. I don't give bad reviews lightly, but given that I've ordered as I'm due to start a new Medically overseen diet plan, and they recommended these products as a possible zero calorie way to support this plan, it's making the whole experience far more stressful than it needs to be. I still haven't received a response to the messages I sent, but have received a reply to my review regarding a backlog with the courier. Interestingly I placed an order with a different company on Saturday (2 days ago) that use the same shipping method, and that has been delivered today!

Product was exactly what the company said it would be and delivery was packaged very well with prompt delivery. Would definitely recommend and will order from them again

Quick service, great range

Website was easy to navigate, found what I wanted, got three free gifts which was a nice surprise and free postage! They have some great offers on most of the time and lots of products to choose from! Parcel arrived the following day and was excellently and securely packed with care and attention to the glass bottles I had ordered! To top it all off the actual products are fantastic! I can highly recommended the sauces, syrups and the skinny rose wine!!!

The skinny food Co are a brilliant company that offer great alternatives to everyday foods such as bread, pasta and wraps which allow us to follow a keto diet. It is easy to see which products we can use as the nutritional information is clearly available. The customer service is brilliant. They offer blue light discount as well as always having great offers available for those without the card. Delivery is quick. We have recommended the skinny Co to many of our friends and family who now use them. We use them weekly and have never been let down :)
