Delivery didn’t happen which was currier issue not Skinny Food Co, I emailed Skinny Food Co and they pretty much immediately sent out a replacement. I wasn’t happy had to wait so long but they sorted it at least - thank you

I haven’t received the order I placed so I rang customer service and was instructed to leave a message and someone would get back to me that was 4 days ago still no reply I’m quite disappointed in this and was wondering if my order will be delivered any time soon or will I have my money put back in my account? Would be helpful to hear from someone to resolve this problem please many thanks mr D Hernandez 273 upper wickham lane welling

System kept trying to force extra items of coffee, which I did not choose and do not drink, into my order. Had to download the app to avoid this error. App is very poor as not rendered for an iPad and appears in a very small window. They are pushing their bank holiday discount but £3.00 per item instead of £4.99 is not a 50% discount that they are pushing.

my delivery has not turned up with no reply

Amazon lost my parcel the first time. Contacted Skinny Co customer service, they said if no delivery by the day after they would process a new order. Contacted them and they said they would start it. A week later, no new dispatch notice. Customer service said they are still investigating the missing parcel so new order had been processed. They only started processing this when I said it had been 2 weeks since I placed my order and that's getting ridiculous now. I had asked them to change the delivery address as I wouldn't be home and where I love there is no safe place, they agreed to do this. But they released the order to the incorrect address. So overall over a 3 week wait for my order. The fact I kept having to chase my order and they think it's acceptable to expect the customer to wait until and investigation had been conducted is not right. I won't be ordering again.

Easy to use website with great products at very reasonable prices. Fast delivery and all lovely.

Finally my favourites back in stock!! Love these sauces. Also saved lots of money on a bank holiday deal.

Some goood products that do not effect the sugar levels on my diabetic blood readings

Love these products. Feels like I’m being naughty but not. Also, kills that sweet craving. My favourite is the hazelnut praline one in coffee but I use the vanilla one in a smoothie instead of honey sometime. Thank you for these. I love them xx

Absolutely awful.... ordered 5 bottles of syrup, bottles arrived damaged. Contacted them with photos, thry said not attached,resent and not heard a word back! 5 emails i have sent and no one has replied even thought acknowledgement auto reply received! Shocking customer service.

Great sugar free products. As a diabetic it means I can still enjoy a sweet tasty treat. I have the app and it is easy to use. I have been ordering from this company for over 3 years and it is always super simple.

Easy to navigate website. The French vanilla and salted caramel coffee syrups taste delicious in my daily latte. Great website, great products for reasonable prices.
