Having placed an order, paid for it and eventually received it, I was missing 2 items. When I contacted them to explain, I was asked to photograph the packaging and what I actually received. On the packaging it had the weight of the delivery (which should indicate it was missing 2 items), yet nothing has been resolved in over a week. All I keep being told is "it is under investigation", so I said I would return everything for a full refund. I have now been told via email to return everything BUT they've said I'll only be refunded for the items I return, and not my full original order. This means I'm still out of pocket financially as I've paid for the items I've never received, and now I will only be refunded for what I return - which is a wrong order they sent me. I shall never use this company again. That said, there is no point anyway because most of the time a lot of their stock is unavailable. Terrible customer service.

Entered a competition on Instagram and won lots of products to try! They have communicated well, and I'm excited to try their products! Perfect for anyone looking to improve their diet and still enjoy their food!

Use many of the products available, all of which I rate highly but in particular the skinny chocolate protein bars with raspberry are delicious, 1% sugar, and have helped me loose weight and maintain my loss. Finding tasty low sugar chocolate bars is tough - these, in my opinion, are the best.

Customer Service at this company is the worst that I have ever experienced. My original order never arrived, I was told to wait until the weekend, then they would re-send it. It never did arrive, so I let them know. It took several phone messages and text messages before they finally re-sent my order. When my order at long last did arrive, they had sent zero salted caramel spread (should have been 2) and 2 white chocolate spread, I’d ordered 1! Again, I contacted the company, again they ignored both phone messages and emails, it was only after several days of me sending ?? by email. I was then asked to send proof, which is now impossible as we are on holiday for the next few weeks.

IF YOU HAVENT YET TRIED SKINNY FOOD CO THEN WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!!!! Im on a bodybuilding prep for a competition and it's honestly saved my LIFE! Their sugar free syrups are my go to in my coffees they have a huge range of flavours. I also love their zero calorie vanilla creamer! it basically tastes like a late! 5 star from me, If I could give it 10 star I would!
