All i could taste was chemicals, I got 3 others to taste, all they could taste were chemicals. I was nearly sick it was so bad. I messaged them, they said they won't refund as the bottles were opened (guess what guys, apparently we are supposed to be able to taste for faults or bad chemicals without opening) Oh yes and dont forget at your own cost, you can return for them to test more, then deny liability in some way for the sake of £40. Lost me, lost my friends as customers and I won't be buying ever again from them.

Love the coffee syrups. And decided to order the air fryer. It has a strong plastic odour every time I’ve used it. This makes the food smell. Given up trying now as isn’t going away. Also had an offer for £20 gift voucher just had to email proof of purchase. Didn’t hear anything back.

As a professional bodybuilder I have used skinny products for 4 years. I love the skinny drops In my coffee, These help a lot especially in prep as it gives you a sweet treat without the extra calories.

Worst shop I've ever dealt with in the UK! Stay as far as you can from it! Ordered from them 2 months ago. Stuff never came after 3 weeks. Emailed them requesting a cancellation and they said they needed 5 days to see what had happened. 5 DAYS. Refund came after 2 weeks. Received an email last week saying a package was arriving though I had paused the monthly subscription. No idea what that was and didn't want it so emailed them to tell them to not send me anything. I didn.t order them. NO RESPONSE whatsoever and the stuff arrived today against my will. Called them, tried online chat. Total waste of time. Now I have to find a way to return the stuff I didn't order. I'm bringing this case to wherever I can report to. If you wanna play, let's play.

Loveeee skinny food. As a bodybuilder these are life!!

All I’m gonna say is this company is the reason I made it so far in my fat loss journey. The BBQ sauce basically 0 calories and a lovely Smokey flavour was the go to to saving calories with my wraps and meals where otherwise I’d add 100 calories from a regular bbq sauce. The garlic mayo also was amazing and I have just bought 2 more bbq sauces!

I brought the bundle of the skinny iced coffee and I didn’t know what to expect but I can say these taste so good. They have that perfect coffee hit along side a gorgeous taste I love the hazelnut one I’d say that’s top of my list. I can highly recommend these if u love iced coffee and aswell the low calories is always an added bonus x

Service -prompt on all fronts. However, the taste so far is vile. We tried the chocolate sauce first. It does not taste of chocolate - my wife had to abandon her dessert and I tried it and had to spit it out as it was so vile. I did ask for a refund as I thought it might a dubious batch but was told no refunds for ‘personal taste’. Probably sending back the unopened ones we bought in different flavours - not worth the risk as they won’t refund if you have opened them. But truly awful - and 100% not chocolate flavour.

Order of chocolate bars completely melted to liquid in heatwave (which I acknowledge is understandable) but was also due to delays in delivery and inadequate packaging considering the nature of the contents. I emailed customer services just to mention this as the items were inedible and I had wasted my money. Their reply was standard and not helpful. Will not be ordering again.

Have been ordering for years, i like the syrups. However, they inundate you with offers saying they're 1.99, instead of the usual 8.99. I go in add them to the basket and they either show at 1.99 or jump to 8.99. The other is they stay in the basket at 1.99 then you try and check out and go to PayPal then the basket doubles the price 🤔. Absolutely ridiculous. It very rarely works but I do sometimes manage to get them at 1.99. I've had to stop many orders because of this,over years. Sort it out please. Amendment. I like the syrups it's the website offers for them that are not easy to get through to purchase at the reduced rate. I don't order at full price, so it works sometimes. I can't comment on Skinny Foods response, but the last time I contacted them and explained the response I got was "the syrups are 8.99", so whoever this was obviously didn't bother to help or look into it. So not helpful.

Fantastic value for money and quick delivery. The best coffee syrups ever!
