Poor communication from the seller. Ordered Essentials hoodies in early December 2024, was told in January that there will be a delay due to supplier issues. Come March and still no update. Contacted seller and said there is a delay still. Contacted seller TWICE! Then May arrives and still nothing. All of a sudden received a refund end of May. No email or information, nor apology from the seller.
TLDR: don’t even bother buying as the items will never arrive. Buy from reputable sellers instead line SSENSE or Mr Porter
Edit: Items ordered did NOT arrive. It is also false to promise the customer for you to expect us to follow up on the order, and no updates from you. For a company that charges a monthly membership fee, good service would be fair to be expected.
