Ordered and paid at the beginning of November and have still not received the item. Will now be reporting to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. Also had a aggressive phone call from the owner after leaving this review so beware.

Still waiting for my delivery! Won't use again as this delivery time is way too long! Ordered over 1 week ago apparently my parcel is with royal mail but still no delivery!

My guinea pigs love these treats, delivery was very quick.

The frozen items were very well packed It all arrived on the expected date They even called me to stay they didn't have an item in stock and told me the alternatives they do have I've never been so impressed with a pet company before would definitely buy from again and would definitely recommend them :-)

I ordered 2 xl harnesses. The quality is great, and they fit perfectly. The materials don't dig into my dogs and they look comfortable. I only wish they had more colours to chose from, but overall a great product. Highly recommended.
