Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru
Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.

I highly recommend Mobile Guru for the best price and a seamless experience trading in your phone. Planning an upgrade recently, I wanted to trade in or sell my iPhone 11 Pro Max. After researching options I settled on Mobile Guru, who offered the best price and had excellent reviews. I was apprehensive as I’d never traded in online before, but I needn’t have been. Everything went exactly as promised on their website, although slightly slower due to the holiday period and high volumes. I received $450, compared to the $300 offered by Apple and $280 from places like JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, Harvey Norman etc. Good price, quick turnarounds, and better for the environment - what’s not to love!

Absolulte breeze to deal with. Of all the ways to buy and sell phones second hand, this was the most convenient and comfortable I have been. Phone I bought came quickly and in great condition. I then sold my old one to them and got a really good price that was transferred to me soon.

Experience overall was easy, turn around time was roughly 48 hours before payment was received. I would have liked to receive a bit more for the phone, thought it was worth a little more than $500 but having minor dents on corners subtracted $140. Thanks team.

Wonderful experience
I tried to sell my 2-year-old iPhone 14 Pro on both Gumtree and Facebook Marketplace with horrible results. Just got scammers and tyre-kickers. Contacted Mobile Guru and they offered me a price that was only fractionally lower that what I was seller it for elsewhere. The entire process of selling through Mobile Guru was effortless.
