Ordered on 18th August and still not arrived. Large order and Next Day delivery was guaranteed. Contacted customer support on many occasions and have had no response and still no delivery. Seriously frustrating!

Excellent quality of clothing, doesn’t shrink when washed or cause bobbling. Excellent customer service, arrives with Royal Mail good correspondence from them as when your items are to be delivered.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Gym King for years and have always been impressed by the quality of their clothing — it’s consistently been top-notch. However, their customer service recently has been nothing short of appalling. I returned several items on 7th July 2025 because they were too small, yet nearly two months later, I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve sent three emails and numerous messages through their online chat system, and I’ve had zero response — No accountability and not even an acknowledgement. I’m currently £180 out of pocket for items I no longer have. After contacting Royal Mail, I was informed that the parcel was successfully returned to Gym King’s chosen collection depot, but it’s still sitting there waiting to be collected. This experience has not only left me feeling extremely disappointed, but also completely let down by a brand I’ve supported for years. It’s outrageous to be ignored while money is taken from customers for products they don’t even have. Great clothes are one thing, but when something goes wrong, good customer service is what counts — and in this case, Gym King has failed badly.

I have ordered from Gym King previously & found there clothes to be of good quality. They tend to have good sales on.
Gym king is amazing so easy to order and Deliveries are pretty quick too. The quality of the clothes are really good.
The outfits are great, I managed to get a discount and they were delivered quickly.
I ordered on their website that had a 50% across all the items I ordered. These were to be sent to Thailand and so I checked that the discount still applied which it did. I ordered the products and when checking my credit card they had charged me full price. I also returned several items and trying to get any sense from them on how to do this was impossible. Their customer service email I assume is run by a third party because if not then that makes this issue even more appalling. No one could tell me the correct procedure for returning international deliveries. When I questioned them about the invoice i got an email reply saying they were looking into it. Its now the 26th August and still no reply. They received the returned goods back to their address on the 11th August. So my credit card was charged the £800 which should have had a 50% discount added which they have not done. And I'm still waiting for my refund for the items returned. One last point the sizes are way off, and are too big. Terrible company if you have any customer issues. Bare that in mind when ordering from this company.
