Poor
Poor, only recieved two of 4 items - was told to choose a replacement item, did so and then was never given it. Was refunded for the original item, did not get the entire $ amount. Not keen on buying again, obviously.

I didn’t receive my purchase
I didn’t receive my purchase. I understand they didn’t have it in stock but I wasn’t informed until the day I was expecting my purchase to arrive. I have been buying from the bong shop for the past 2 years and have never had a problem until now, pretty disappointed in the communication and customer service. Unlikely I will buy from there again. I ordered a nice “vase” that I liked only one I wanted and then found out after it was out of stock wasn’t happy at all had to get a refund that was all sorted and fine but I only wanted the one “vase” it should say out of stock if there is none left
