The customer service I received was right up there with the best you could expect and I received my order in very quick time even in this COVID 19 pandemic challenged economic crisis.
This was not my purchase -- the person hacked my card Number and used at your shop which i alerted you . My bank alerted me to it and my card has been changed. So thanks for nothing Bong Shop

So I made an order about a month back and I did not get the item I ordered (was a stock issue) and they asked if I wanted something of equal value, I said yes of course and when I received the stem it did not fit my glass piece, I emailed them asking about this and too this day I still have never received a response, don’t waste your time, plenty of other websites you can get this stuff from.
You will never lose your bong in the dark now, it will be glowing where you left it, and deliver all that is promised from this piece of equipment.

Never had any problems in the past till I ordered online at the start of the week and haven’t received any confirmation email order number or shipping information and it’s now day 5 I emailed twice but no reply and money was taken from account on day of purchase I also noticed product has since disappeared off the website
Can’t remember what you would call it. But it’s smaller and more discreet for a water pipe. It’s a little beauty. 👍👍👍
