I received a replacement for a bong…
I received a replacement for a bong whose colours had eroded and started peeling. It has been in use for a few weeks and it seems to be doing well and holding the colours well. Unfortunately I’m still awaiting for a reply from their request A few months ago. Company seems ok just seems to be a bit disjointed in relation to communication

Bong got hot and the bit that keeps the cone peace broke off ever so delicately... after my package goes missing and was weeks behind shipping. After I had to request for a new one something as simple as too hot broke something worth 60+

I’ve ordered many things from Bong Shop now
I’ve ordered a few things from Bong Shop now and my orders have always come early and SO quick. Even with COVID I ordered on Monday last week was of course expecting delays but I received my parcel by Thursday!! Amazing communication through the process. Product always comes in tact; perfect condition, because I’m the worst and break so many glasseys was I finally ordered a silicone one and it’s awesome, I’ve always found the sales good too. Just wish I could get some shipping discounts otherwise I’d order more often.
