Great service, marred by inconsiderate promo
Good products and customer service, but receiving a generic “get 10% off your next order” voucher AFTER making a $500 purchase leaves me feeling angry and ripped off. Probably won’t shop here again because of it unfortunately.

Tried ringing multiple times, calling other numbers (off ya tree) etc to see if they could help and couldn't, ended up ordering from another website after hearing nothing for a week, shame because you have good products, just no customer support/service

Stem + Cone both cracked badly first time stoking.
Both bongs arrived within 2 days of placing order. Was super excited but the stem and cone out of both bongs cracked badly when being stoked first time. Very unimpressed with the quality of them compared to the actual bongs.
