The silcone bong i got was not air tight and was the shittest thing out

Ceramic head of the hookah smelt like burnt flavour and looked most certainly like it had been used and was done a backyard job. No such thing as price match and compare pricing and all. Just for marketing. I emailed the business first to see what we can do about it however after not getting a reply I have decided to leave a review. UPDATE*** Samantha has resolved the issue and it might be a little late but thankfully everything has been dealt with amazingly. Thanks so much. 5 stars to how this was dealt. Be aware that most emails do go to their junk and that is why they do not respond otherwise they reply within 1 hour.
