Great customer service

The blue literally wiped off when I put a damp rag to it. The cone piece didn't fit and was too big

The website is great was easy to use.. how ever when it came time to pay for my order, I had to ring a number to do the payment over the phone.. for a week I rang the number sometimes 3 times a day and never got an answer.. by that point I was over it and got what I wanted on another website

I have ordered from this shop three times and there customer service is poor, my second order was sent to the wrong address and return to sender, had to order and pay for it again for my second order to go to the right address and I'm still waiting for a refund on my second order and it's been about three weeks now!!

Worst store EVER. Absoultly peices of crap. Got 2 bongs aswell as my mates bongs and all are unusable. Not air tight and just impossible to pull. To anyone reading this i high advise looking somewhere else. Porr customer service and even poorer products. F U the bong shop.

I was very pleased with the online ordering service and the variety and range of products is more than impressive. Delivery time was acceptable under the pandemic circumstances with the tracking system keeping me well informed. The quality of the product purchased and received are exactly as described and I'm having no hesitations showing off my new smoke-ware to friends and family. My only issue being a small part of my purchase arrived damaged and I'm yet to receive a response to the email I sent notifying the business. I guess COVID intervened just in time to shut everything down, I'm hoping it will be seen to in due time. Overall I came away from my experience quite satisfied, the bong I ordered is much better than I imagined it would be. Honestly the best customer service I have experienced online.

Bought a $100 piece. It arrived promptly, and the piece worked well. The glass was thin on the bottom and broke within a week of arrival from light use. I wrote to the returns email and they answered professionally, quickly and I was offered a replacement piece without issue. Big thanks to Samantha from Customer Service and the team!
