ordered on a monday morning and it didn’t even get shipped until wednesday night AFTER i sent an email asking about where it is. no apologies for the delay or anything which was a bit disappointing. the pieces i ordered were nice quality as usual but i struggled to find the right stem because of lack of information about sizing in mm in the description for my original bong and lack of actual choices at the time. half my fault but needed more info than just “standard”

Items delivered promptly, only got a 3 due to an incorrect downstem. And even then only the colour was incorrect. I dunno if that's too nitpicky, but a different colour was requested. I however am still very happy
The bong broke almost immediately (in multiple places) and all of the colour peeled off. Waste of money.
