Nothing but love
Every purchase from the bong shop has always been a pleasant experience. I have had 1 piece of glass arrive cracked, and so I emailed them then and straight away they were on to it, the follow up email was we are sending another out, no BS to deal with. I prefer to go into my local affiliated store just because I don't have to wait for postage, but since COVID-19 ordering online with the bong shop has always been hassle free. These guys are now my go to after dramas from a couple of other online vendors. I highly recommend based on my own experience.
